Horrendous staff; they'll post the same jobs ad nauseam, yet reject the applications that equal the very opportunities they're looking for. I've personally found the recruiters to be ignorant and unprofessional, often failing at knowing anything about the jobs they're trying to fill.

FRAUD ALERT: these guys are frauds.

1: These assholes charged us for parking. Even though we told them when we were booking the room and when we checked in that we weren't driving in, they still charged us for use of a parking spot that we never needed...and we've been unable to get a refund.

2: The stairs up to the upper levels are uneven, oddly spaced, and really need to be renovated.

3: The bed we had was hard, and uncomfortable.

4: The TV was way too small for a room that size. While people generally don't go to hotels to watch TV, it would be nice to have something that works better and is a better size.

We will never book a hotel at this place ever again. The people who run it are useless, and being scammed for parking fees that we never agreed to means that they're scum. Fuck those guys, there are countless other hotels in Niagara, we'll go to any one else.

It's like a glasses factory exploded. It's really difficult on the eyes.

The shittiest McDonalds in the city.

The people who run this obviously don't care. Why not? There's plans to knock down the plaza and build condos.

The service here is reprehensible. They rarely get the order right. Its damn near impossibe for these people to even get COFFEE right.

There are countless homeless people who come in to bother customers, and they do nothing about it. There are vagrants who hang around the front of the restaurant, begging for change, coffee stickers, etc...and some will even go into the garbage to fish out a cup, or leftover fries.

Very often, during the night, the restaurant will look like a garbage compactor threw up. The staff have absolutely no pride in their work, as it shows with the condition of the restaurant.

McDonalds is supposed to be a family restaurant, but the music they have on in the background is hardly family friendly. I would never let kids listen to top 40 music, especially with the uncensored nature of the lyrics.

If they're short staffed, they need to hire people. There's no excuse for this location whatsoever.
