Had dinner with friends during our Thanksgiving trip to the mountains.
We visited twice once with friends next with just family. Noticed a great difference between services from all adults attending to family.
Food is great! If you love sushi the chef is traditional Japanese.

Absolutely one of the best places to go for excellent home cooked style breakfast.
Clean fresh feel as you walk in to great welcome. Seating is somewhat spacious so you don't have to be overheard during conversations.
We went with their breakfast selections for lunch today.
They make sure you have your eggs the way you want them and they arrive exactly as!!!

May 12, 2018Absolutely great service from you walk in the door. It was our first time and the waitress guided us through explaining things and asking our preference in taste Etc.
The only reason why I've given this a four star is because of the venue.
The furniture is quite old and dismal and the exterior is unkept and uninviting.
However, they do say the proof is in the pudding and a full restaurant was the proof of that .
The food was excellent choice that was s made for us by the waitress where exactly what we were looking to experience.
We will return!!!

Mar 9, 2018Popped in to this location around a week ago and were served by two wonderful ladies but their names unfortunately I can't remember.
They were polite engaging and had a great sense of humour. Food was great I had the lobster feast with all the trimmings.

Feb 22, 2018We are dedicated parents to our soccer crazy daughter. She's done well these past years and we have to travel from time to time for inter provincial tournaments.
This last tournament for 2017 was in Red Deer and we decided to make a weekend of it by booking overnight stay at the Sheraton. What a disappointment!!
Sheraton does not seem to have the same standards and Prestige it did of many years ago.
Stayed in room 702 unfortunately the standard of cleaning and room quality that used to be associated with the Sheraton has been set to Par.
We had a two bed two queen bedroom which is quite dark especially in the area of the coffee making machine and microwave. The bathroom is small and outdated, style, decor and cleanliness I would give it a 2 out of 5.

Appears not to have been wiped for several months.
* Desk chair and table
The glass is greasing not been wiped cleaned properly for sometime. It appears as though the same cloth is being used to wipe several areas - greasy and smeared.
* The chair for the desk - has a hole in it.
* Bedding appears to be Egyptian cotton and ready to provide comfort. However, it looks like they were washed in a machine with many others and not pressed at all.
* Thread bear floor towels
* First point of contact which should be the most impressionable point of contact "Reception". They did not go through with me in any detail where the amenities were just ran through my booking and gave me my key; and they weren't busy at that time.
No instructions on where to find the dining area
No instructions on where to find the gym
No instructions on where to find the swimming pool etc., which you would expect from a Sheraton.
The Mrs. and I wanted to rest so ordered from their in-house restaurant called R&R Grill food is quite good quality the standard steak and chips bar food restaurant.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
