This place is absolutely disgusting.

I have never been so repulsed by a restaurant. When we walked in, the place was like a barn. There were used spoons, cups and cardboard containers near the drink fountain and ketchup dispenser. The garbage bins were overflowing and many tables were dirty. I know should have complained. I also know that people are not going to stop going to this Mcdonalds but I certainly hope someone who has authority that works there is reading this. Very disappointed.

Staff works hard.
The reason it's under 2 stars is the interior.
Hard pressed to find a more ghetto McDonald's.
At least half the restaurant is homeless or degenerate, wanna be gangsta teens.

What it really needs is ONE decent security guard, kick all the stragglers out.
It's definitely interesting if u want to witness unique human behaviours.

The staff here are terrible. We came in and made a large order and they just couldn't stop arguing with us. The line got so long that the people behind us starting complaining. The staff responded with very sassy tones, disregarded their complaints, and reminded them that the "kiosk is there for a reason."

It's one thing to argue about a large order that is placed, but it's another to disrespect another person, let alone YOUR CUSTOMER(s).

Although the order that we placed was made very swiftly, I will not be coming back.

The shittiest McDonalds in the city.

The people who run this obviously don't care. Why not? There's plans to knock down the plaza and build condos.

The service here is reprehensible. They rarely get the order right. Its damn near impossibe for these people to even get COFFEE right.

There are countless homeless people who come in to bother customers, and they do nothing about it. There are vagrants who hang around the front of the restaurant, begging for change, coffee stickers, etc...and some will even go into the garbage to fish out a cup, or leftover fries.

Very often, during the night, the restaurant will look like a garbage compactor threw up. The staff have absolutely no pride in their work, as it shows with the condition of the restaurant.

McDonalds is supposed to be a family restaurant, but the music they have on in the background is hardly family friendly. I would never let kids listen to top 40 music, especially with the uncensored nature of the lyrics.

If they're short staffed, they need to hire people. There's no excuse for this location whatsoever.

Worst mcdonal ever. Someone should fired the manager here. We waited 20 mins for our food when there's only less than 10 ppl waiting. Not the first time either. Just came home and they missed one of our item from our order. We tried to call them and their line is always busy .

We always come and hope that they will improve. But they never do. Please close this location down or do something about it.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They have a new Drive thru trick where they take your money and tell you to go park while they finalise and deliver your order. I waited 25 minutes. The next time they asked me to do this I had ordered one Breakfast bagel and a milk. I had already waited 10 minutes or more in line and I declined. I said I would wait at the window Thank you very much. The girl (teenager) slammed the window and about two minutes later a manager appeared and said - "We are just making. your nuggets." When I pointed out that I didn't actually order Nuggetts they somehow found my Breakfast Bagel and Milk within a minute. I was served with maximum ill grace.

One morning after waiting in line for a considerable period I sat at the window for 10 minutes before they opened it. (CBC World Report had not started when I arrived and it was over when they finally opened the window.)

The slow service is consistent. It is never quick and professional. Avoid this location. I have complained to Head Office and received only platitudes - not even an acknowledgement that they need to do better.

This has to be one of the busiest McDonald's in Toronto. It's unusual that your order is so far down the line that there's no room for it on the board.

Place is dark (granted it was that kind of evening). Food was hot but I felt short changed on fries.

Ample parking though.

Omg, I don't go to McDonald's often, but sometimes you just get that craving, you know?

Well, if you do and this location is the one you're considering, stifle that craving, bury it so deep you don't even want food, cuz this is literally the worst-run restaurant ever built.

I'm actually surprised McDonald's HQ hasn't shut this location down for violations of every single measure of franchise success.

However much money this place brings in could be multiplied by 10, just by having competent management brought in.

Everything is unnecessarily slow and confused, from the line (in restaurant AND drive-through) to the order taking to the mistakes on the order and most heinously, the wait, which I've clocked at 25 min!!!

The neighbourhood isn't the greatest, and there are definitely some shady and very sad looking people in there, but that has nothing to do with the complete and utter incompetence on display by staff and management. I'm not asking for anything other than people to be somewhat organized and for them to think about how they do their job. Too much to ask here.

Seriously, if anyone from McDonald's corporate scans reviews, someone needs to get some quality control to this location, stat!

This place is a mad house with the worst
District MANGER forcing ever one to use the self order apps and just keeping one cashier open .
Some guy starts complaining loud and was refused serive and ask to leave .
By that district MANGER .
It was super busy .
So McDonald's I also want a chasher not a pad .

This location is by far the worst McDonalds I've been to. I only come to this location since it's close to my work place. The waiting times are terrible whether you're ordering from the cashier or from the kiosk.

They got my order wrong this morning, I ordered a French vanilla latte and confirmed with the cashier that what she punched in was French vanilla and she said yes. When I finally arrived to work I took a sip of the drink only to find out it was black coffee. I should've double checked when I got the drink. So I pretty much paid the price of a French vanilla for black coffee. At least they got my muffin right...

Also their customer service is nonexistent, but I think every body knows that by now.

If I can give 0 or negative stars this McDonald's would surely receive it. I've worked at McDonald's for multiple years in the past, and no doubt that this is a fast food service & sometimes things can go wrong. But this is hands down the WORST restaurant/fast food location I have ever been to.

Smells like a washroom (assuming it's the high flow of homeless people & lack of general maintenance in the store), I've never in my life waited an hour plus for one meal until tonight. I went ahead and simply asked for a refund but they said only the GM can do this and he wasn't there? The floor manager couldn't do it for some reason. I was forced to wait for my food because my friends and I weren't going to pay this McDonald's to not give us our food.

Absolutely no urgency with the entire staff team- they weren't mean but they weren't efficient and didn't care. Food was literally sitting out for an hour +, flies everywhere. I know how the system works- again, worked there for 3 years. I could have easily went back there and picked everything myself. Customers around us also waited 1 hour for their food. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE location! HIGHLY upsetting that this GM & store owner allowed this store to have such a low standard with everything. Food was cold & employees also did not wear hairnets.
