Waitlist appears to be a farce. We joined the waitlist but when we arrived and checked in we were at the end of the list anyway behind everyone else. Seems like it’s there to make you think you’re saving your spot in line but they still just add you when you get there.

While reservations are generally not accepted at LongHorn Steakhouse, we do offer a waitlist feature through our website and mobile app for up to 5 guests (including children). Your name can be added if the restaurant is currently on a wait. However, based on high volume our waitlist can be temporarily unavailable and seating will then be on first come, first serve basis.
