Zumiez

Visited on August 4, 2023..

And I absolutely loved everything about this store from the moment I walked in,
I was greeted by an amazing female upon arrival who offered help with finding anything... And was also very friendly and complimentary.

The store had a variety of things that were my style from clothing, shoes, and decks.

I originally came in looking to buy a deck to put on my wall ,
But I buyed a C A T bag and a few car air fresheners instead.
During checkout I also received free stickers.

Overall I loved everything and had an enjoyable experience, And i look forward to being a future visitor to purchase more things!!

So i look on maps and The store hours said that they were open until 9 PM me and my homegirl go over and what do I see?? I see all of the lights turned off and nobody in there and I look at a little note on the door and what does the note say? it says that they're cleaning today for cleaning! well then why didn't you say that on maps? who do you think I am? I'm a busy woman I don't have time for this thank you :(

So let me start by saying how horrible this store looks ... it totally takes me by surprise for a number of reasons . First it's located in Summerlin and in a mall that is fairly new and very nice . They were also not very busy , maybe 15 customers with three associates on the floor .

They had two large open Ladders on the floor . I know they are to access shoes on the walls that are used for up stock but could easily be accessed by customers and or small children.

Now I have never been impressed by the look of zumiez as they are poorly merchandised and recovered . All the racks are over stocked and hard to shop and truly tell no color story .

The worst part was the dust/dirt sitting atop the fixtures , it's was completely covered and very thick . This is an issue for me cause this gets all over the merchandise and was all over my hands . The display cabinets were also very disgusting and dirty .

They only had 1 register open and the one young lady was not helpful nor did she greet or talk to us . The other two at least said hello and asked if we were ok but nothing to Amazing .

The one young man named Daniel I believe was helping multiple customers and I approached him in regards to the register and cleanliness of the store . He apologized but made an excuse that they were getting ready for a floor set and that is why the store is dirty. He also ended that statement with that was no excuse . I was glad to hear him say that but still feel that there is no reason for a dirty store .

The Store manager Genesis and District Manager Tim Kelly should be very embarrassed by the look and service of this location. We spent 45 minutes in the store and other customers looked just a frustrated in some ways . The only reason we come here is some of the brands they sell . But I must tell you that with the WEB it gives most people a better option to shop .

I really want this to be passed on to help not criticize. I try to be as constructive as possible but and just feel this day in age that CUSTOMER SERVICE and CLEANLINESS is a priority.

This is the worst zumiez I have ever been to. The customer service SUCKS. I was asked if I needed anything and I asked for a shoe, he went to the back to tell someone else to get them. TWENTY MINUTES go by and nothing. The kids working are looking at us like we are idiots just standing around. I find another associate and ask him for the shoe he goes to the back gets lost or something for another TWENTY MINUTES. He comes out with no box and rather than telling us he didnt have the size he went to talk to some other guy while looking at us. The sales associates dont care for their customers. It wasnt even busy. Idiots.

Tiffany, the manager, was one to admire. From the minute I stepped in to the second I checked out she was great. Helped me decide on what I would like to buy, and I left with 3 amazing shirts with one not being part of the sale they had (buy one get one 50% off). She waived the shirts price to give me the sale price and saved me a bit of money. Big thanks you you Tiffany, you made a happy customer out of me and your leadership in the store sure looks great.

So bummed my daughter is so picky and we couldn't find shoes for her! The customer service here is outstanding! The associates working today were so helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to try and find something for her. They were out of a particular shoe but offered to order online. If I were shopping for shoes for myself I would have gone for the leopard print Vans ;)

My wife and I took our son here to have his first skateboard made. Taylor did an amazing job. He took our 8 year old son under his wing and went through the entire process with him. Taylor is an amazing employee and Zumiez is very lucky to have him. Hell, I wish he worked for me. With his work ethic and personality, he's got a bright future in whatever he decides to do. Taylor, thanks for all your help!

Matt the manager was very nice and friendly as he got down every shoe I asked for without getting annoyed! Very calm and patient! Great customer service

I like this store a lot and was so happy when I found out it was going to be in my area, until I went to the store and on several accounts employees have been rude and very unhelpful, I remember the man with the beard to especially be very rude actually straight up he was an asshole. Never going back to that location.
