Wendy's

Went there this morning for breakfast. Ordered a #5 and received something different. I guess next time I'll hold up the right number of fingers also, since they don't seem to understand plain English.

I love Wendy's and their salads, but I'm vegetarian and ask for the meat on the side so I can enjoy the salad and my boyfriend can eat the meat.
No other Wendy's screws this up, but almost every time I order at this location they mess up my order.
I am not one to write bad reviews, but it is just so frustrating when it happens so often :( I do love the salads when they get it right though!

I got food poisoning from one of their chili soups back in 2005. Unsanitary conditions means I will never go back there.

Went to Wendy's this past summer, had a burger, fries, and chicken nuggets, after tasting one of the nuggets i knew they were not good, bad taste, did not smell good either, took to counter, told the person there, she called the manager who insisted i take more nuggets, i said i did not want more nuggets, that maybe he should check the ones he was serving, he told the girl to give me a burger of fry, whatever i wanted, i told the girl i do not want anything, he had her come to our table and bring me a frosty, and a coupon for a free meal. i told her to give it back to him, and that i was surprised he did not come to the table himself, walked out have never been back, really like Wendy's burgers but if that is what they are putting out to customers i am not going to ever go back.

The burgers were better when wrapped in tinfoil. They seem to have stale buns the last few times I ordered, and theses "new" sea salt fries...omg toooo salty and often served stone cold. The changes they have made are not for the better, they have lost me as a customer.
