Please don't take your pets to trilake for routine care. My little healthy bird went in for standard beak care and they brought her out dead saying sorry health issue was cause.
Not true poor care as bird was 100% healthy. Save yourself a broken go elsewhere. Your pet deserves better care these are my 75 year old mothers words, FOR SHAME ON YOU!

Fantastic clinic. My puppy was attacked by a big Pyrenean Mountain dog and needed immediate surgery. They were very responsive. It was 4:30pm on a Thursday and I was able to get an immediate appointment. The staff was very comprehensive and took a very good care of my dog. They put sutures and drain and gave me everything I needed to take care of my puppy. I was able to get my dog back at 8:30 pm. Then they followed every day, included Sunday, to check my dog health. The surgery was very well done and, now, three months later, all the wounds healed completely and there will be no after-effects.
I am so glad that I brought my dog there. And the price was very fair. I highly recommend that clinic.

Dr Elliot Kaplan is the best vet we have ever had the opportunity to meet. He is incredibly intelligent, gentle, honest and truly looks out for the best interest of the animals. The staff are friendly and courteous and the facilities are top notch. We whole heartedly recommend Dr Elliot and his wonderful staff of surgeons and vet techs. We wouldn't trust our fur-kid with anyone else, truly as good as it gets.

Saw Dr. Kaplan. Amazing vet!!! Best I have ever come across. My little pup, Lexi, was shaking and so scared and Dr. Kaplan spent ten minutes comforting her and getting her to calm down before she even started her examination. She spent a lot of time answering all my questions, and was so caring, so AMAZING!!!!! I used to go to Fairfield Animal hospital for ten years, and they did not show 10% of the compassing that Dr. Kaplan did. I am so grateful to have found her.

I had a sick little pet bird and I was having a hard time finding an aviary vet. Trilake Animal Hospital has one. I can't remember her name but it was a pleasure meeting her and getting her excellent care for my bird. My bird needed his leg band taken off his wounded leg and he needed post -op antibiotics and ointment for the wound to heal properly. He was potentially going to need an amputation but he recovered fully. I have a happy, healthy little fella again. : )

I've been bringing my pets here since 1999. Doctors Linda and Eliot Kaplan who founded and built this clinic are excellent. Highly recommended.
