Utso Tibetan Boutique

Lovely store that I happened to chance upon today as I lost my winter hat on the bus. I bought a double lined hat for $6.5 since they were on sale (50% off)! Not only was it a steal, but it's a warm and stylish hat. I quickly glanced at the other winter accessories and the dresses, and they also seemed like a great collection, as well as reasonable. I'll definitely be back to browse more. Do stop by if you are in the area; you will be delighted!

Lured by the $9.99 rack outside, I stepped into this boutique greeted by a round faced, smiling woman to find a plentitude of Tibetan, Nepalese an Indian goodies from a dazzling selection of jewelry to gorgeous textiles, homestuff and flowy clothing.

I've concluded:
a) The mountains or the dalai lama does wonders for the spirit. Tibetans are the most sweet, calm people on the planet.
b) This is a fantastic store to procure gifts for folks who are into "ethnic stuff"
c) They've got an amazing lapis lazuli display

This store is very overlooked! I have a had a lot of luck here buying very cute summer sun dresses and matching accessories. Wide selection of jewelry that is reasonably priced. Cute headbands definitely check this store before trying any other accessory shops on Mass Ave. (secret tip). Hats and headbands are pretty much the same as other boutiques, but not jacked up in price.

This place is great. Lots of Indian accessories like Bollywood bangles and beautiful pashminas.The selections of necklaces and rings is also awesome and most things are moderately priced. I got a great necklace there this weekend that cost only $15 but could probably sell for a lot more in a higher end boutique. This is definitely a stop for bargain hunters. Also a great place to find gifts. I highly recommend this place and wish it well.

I love this store. It smells so good, is so clean, has good lighting, quality products and is so calming.

I've done quite well here over the year and got three awesome winter hats that are stylish and look cute and are WARM! The prices are beyond inexpensive and everything is great.

The husband and wife who own Utso Tibetan Boutique are so kind, too.

This place is lovely. Lots of scarves, made of silk and cotton and solid colors and prints, all kinds. Also Tibetan-made clothing. Pretty jewelry. Wall hangings and tapestries. I went in here looking for a gift for a friend and it was exactly the kind of place I was hoping to find. Spent $29 on two scarves and a wall scroll with a quote by HHDL. Not bad.

YAY. I just wish I lived closer.

This store has really cool unique silver jewlery with tourquoise, coral and other semi precious stones. They have accessories, clohting and costume jewlery.

One of my most favorite stores in Cambridge. The owner is incredibly nice and remembers me. The scarves are simply gorgeous and amazingly well priced! Items range from highly affordable Tibetan and Nepali clothing and jewelry to gorgeous antique jewelry. Worth every penny! As a plus, I feel warmed in my soul entering in to the scent of incense burning and the hushed chanting *Om mani peme om* from the owner.

Amazing selection of jewelry, most with real semi precious stones and beautiful handmade scarves and hats cheaper then you'll find elsewhere. They do carry some cheap jewelry though, and i wish they'd stick to the better stuff. the costume jewelry doesn't go well with the prayer flags, malas, and real stones, which are beautiful.
