I had 3 quotes from a few garage door repair companies and united garge doors had the best price, especially for the better material that they use. My garage door had a bunch of cracks in a few panels from a family member backing into the garage. I had united garage doors replace the garge door as well as install a new gargae door opener and they did everything fast and professional.

I was really impressed with the my entire experience that I would highly recommend them to anybody needing any type of garage door service.

I called several garage door and found united to be the top. Friendly worker very professional explained everything thing in detail. That is something that is very important to me, didn't push to go with his company. I recommend united with my eyes close. The tech was very fantastic. I wish I could give them a 10 instead of a 5. Called and left a message two days ago and they never got back so I call again and they hang up on me 3 times! 0/10 would not recommend.

Even though the voicemail message survey check their messages every 15 to 30 minutes.

Quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. Needed service done to my garage door due to a self inflicted incident. Called the company right when they opened and they were at my house that morning. They diagnosed the problem and stated the price before they fixed anything. Reasonable price so we went ahead. He fixed the garage door within an hour. Runs smooth and he gave us tips on maintenance and preventing certain issues. Very very impressed and would definitely use in the future for any other issues.

I called United Garage Doors yesterday afternoon, along with 3 other garage companies. From the get go UGD was very honest, detailed and was not hesitant to give me pricing over the phone. The other 3 companies where very hesitant to give pricing. UGD came out the same day and fixed my garage door. The tech was very knowledgeable, he showed me the broken parts, took the time to explain and show me what he was doing. He even when out of his way to adjust other things my garage door needed with out me asking. Companies like UGD are one of a kind, you can tell they take great care of their customers, use quality products and are not just about making money but about doing the job right. I would recommend them in a hear beat, MO was the gentlemen who assisted me and he was great. Thanks again!

My garage door spring broke, and at 7 a.m. I started to call around for quotes. I received three quotes that were over priced on last attempt I called United Garage Doors and I was a great price to replace both springs, and he told me he can be at my house in 45 minutes. I went home to meet him and once he looked at the broken springs he noticed that Inhan shelves above the garage that did not allow enough clearance for him to replace the springs. He ask how long would it take me to remove the shelving, I told him I can remove it after work. He scheduled a return appointment for next morning. Once he arrived he was able to replace the broken springs, he even made some adjustments to arm bracket without any extra charge. When it comes to great price, great customer service and professionalism I highly recommend United Garage Door Inc for any garage door service.
