It gets even better. Travelalerts.ca tells me I need to talk with a local person at the Hilton in Toronto. I had already left a message for her. Her voice mail states I should not talk to her, but call the reservation line. The same one that couldn't help me. I finally get a call back from the hotel directly and the date is now all taken. She informed me had I called yesterday (when I actually called 4 times, but nobody could help me or get back to me) I would have been able to book a room. The person at the Hilton told me I should contact Travelalerts.ca and ask for a refund. Oddly I haven't received a reply yet...

I followed the instructions that came with the coupon/voucher and in trying to book this the hotel (Hilton) after talking with 3 people nobody knows what I am talking about. Horrible customer experience and 45 minutes of my time has been wasted so far!
