Tim Hortons

Rude worker, buddy with glasses constantly messes up peoples order then gets mad and doesn't properly prepare order, grips the food from bowl to put into the wanted wrap...

Made this review under incorrect login and wanted all my reviews under the same account....

This is by far, the rudest customer service ever at Tim Hortons location. There is this male worker with glasses, looks middle eastern background....who goes "Helloooooooo" to give someone their order?! How about saying what the order is and the appropriate customer will come to retrieve it?!?!

A previous time, the same male worker forgot to give me straws, so I asked him for the straws and he said ok and then completely went on to serve the next customer while I was still waiting for the straws (Mind you, the straws were right in front of him!!!) I then asked the female worker there and she gave them to me right away.
No matter how busy a place gets, customer service should not be sacrificed.
Lastly, this SAME male worker, thought it would be ok to serve a customer WITHOUT a mask on. And sadly it took an irritated customer to tell this maskless bandit, to put on his mask.

I said to myself I wouldn't come back here but I was desperate and again, service is still garbage, as long as that specific male is working and he normally is when I go .

Will not return, ever, no matter how convenient this gas station Tim Hortons location is for me.

Totally done venting now :)

Another one of my favourite Tim Hortons. Generally my go-to spot after volunteering. Full service Tim's with a good selection of donuts and bagels. Service is fast and friendly. There's also an ample amount of parking for short-term customers. No indoor seating but that's about all it is lacking (well that and birthday cake Timbits)

Unlike the Vancouver ones, which typically are only express types at gas stations with just coffee and donuts dropped off, this Timmy's is inside an Esso with a real staff behind it.

Which means better service and fresher products.

Got a chocolate chip muffin and water, fast.

This is a busy, busy area...and not even close to the DT core.
