It was hard to even put down one star.... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place. I strongly advise to avoid at all costs.

I brought in a very expensive, borrowed dress which was ruined and essentially tie dyed. Not only did they ruin the dress, they ripped the tag off after my explicit instructions to leave it on or take it off. After assuring me the tag would be fine and the dress was in good hands, it's ruined. After badgering them about a solution after their unapologetic and dismissive behaviour, they finally told me a suede master comes in every wednesday and they would try to dye the dress to its original state.

Calling them nearly one week later to ask some questions about when I could expect the dress back after the suede guy picks it up, a pleasant Debbie told me I was harassing them and threatened to file a restraining order against me. After trying to speak, she hung up on me.

YIKES.

This cleaner closed down in Dec 2017. I have some clothes left there. Does anyone have same info how to get my clothes back.. thank you
