I sent you my email following the debacle at the Regina restaurant last week, but still no word from you.
Seems like terrible customer service trickles down from the top.
Would give minus stars for all round shiftiness if I were able and would always recommend any family/friends in Regina to stay away from your establishment

We crossed the road to the Flats and enjoyed a delicious, pleasant $400 meal. Horrific attitude and lost custom. Would give minus stars based on employee attitude alone
Albert S.Markham, ON2267711Mar 3, 2017Lots of drafts. Good looking waitresses. Lots of variety on menu. Ordered a Montreal smoke meat sandwich, thin crust chicken poutine pizza (forgot the actual name), dried rib and crispy shrimp. Presentation wise, everything look great.
Pizza - very good overall, nice flavour and chicken is juicy
Sandwich - too much fat that comes with the sandwich
Dry rib - over fried and over season. We had one to two ribs then couldn't finish it all

Our whole party was disappointed in the "McDonald's" fries we were served. BRING BACK THE BEST FRIES Regina had, the one's we always came for!!! Definately was a mistake to change them!!! Then you'll get 5 stars!!

Wait 20 mins for a server to show up with your drink. Then come for your order 10 minutes later and then not remember to bring your drinks. If you want to waste your time and not have a good time. This is your place.

Awesome service, awesome environment. Food wasn't the greatest, but was defiantly good! I like the server buttons at the table. So I could have my bill right when I left, and my drinks were always full!

Rooftop is awesome! Great food, great service! Helen is awesome!! Was great in the sunshine...then nice and warm under the heaters!
