      Needed a washer and everyone had the same price and did not budge. The delivery charge was a little much...
      Went to Goemans appliances Woodbridge and the sales guy did not want to deal at all, he was arrogant and told me that he has been doing this for 30 years and lives near the old location (who cares) and was not focused. "Not everyone one needs a 1500 washer".
      He didn't even ask his manager for authorization.

      I left and went to the Brick across the street and spoke to Belinda, asked her what she could do and basically didn't charge for the delivery and they will take the old machine with them -- the whole thing took 15-30 minutes.
      Amazing...

      I have never liked the Brink, but I see that they are nice to deal with in my situation - hey - I am basically buying an washer right!

      Good job Brick and thanks Belinda.

      Horrible and discourteous customer service, specifically from Operations Manager Usha Nalliah who was rude and dismissive to our concerns about a previous purchase that was over $20,000. I have never encountered a manger so disrespectful and frankly ill equipped to manage anything. Who are you hiring to assist your customers The Brick?!

      I will never shop at The Brick every again, I purchased bar stool, got home and noticed I needed counter stools instead. I got it for 90$ the next day the price went up. Went in to do a regular swap for the same stool just smaller. And they told me I had to pay the different cause it went up in price. And I Could not get my refund. It was not like I was asking for a different stool that is more in money. Exactly the same, just counter not bar. Worst experience ever. First and last...

      Due to hearing about similar experiences that Natalie B (below) had encountered, I was initially wary about purchasing furniture for my first home from The Brick. Past experiences when visiting with my parents had taught me that sales associates resembled vultures and followed close enough to step on your heels - darting cut glances at others who got to close to their prized customer.

      That said, my experience on this particular occasion was helpful, stress and worry free and actually extremely enjoyable! Shopping with my mother we were left to to browse initially with very little interference or pressure, when we did finally signal a sales member for assistance she was prompt, cordial and very informative. We ended up purchasing a bed frame, 2 night tables, a gorgeous couch and a coffee table that gets all sorts of compliments when people are over - very pleased!

      Where our associate really went the extra mile for us was when it came time to negotiating prices, she was able to offer us a significant discount after learning we had friends from other locations. After purchasing a warranty she was able to offer even more savings and this first time home buyer was MORE than pleased with that.

      The errors (and there had to be a couple):

      - Poor communication between the department that charges you for your items and our associate, I had put a credit card down to put a deposit BUT was going to pay in cash in the days that followed. That communication was ignored and the entire balance was charged to my credit card. After losing it a little on the Customer Service team, they fixed the issue

      - One of the night tables was severely damaged on delivery. Thankfully the warranty covered this and it was promptly replaced

      - Delivery people DO NOT assemble furniture, I misunderstood that part of the delivery service charge I was paying for was for assembly. Not the case - make sure you clarify

      - My return visit to the store to settle my bill I had a stalker as I moved through the store. I had to tell the guy I was "Good" before he moved from 2 feet behind me to 15 feet - it was bound to happen eventually.

      We had bought a sectional from the brick and got the extended warranty since the sales person said it was ideal if we have young children etc. We called the brick for warranty and they sent over a person to review our sectional before they can do whatever to our couch since I said it needed some repair and cleaning.
      A week later we got a call and they said it was deemed as soiled and cannot send over anyone due to that cause. My son just leaked out of his diaper which happens to most people. But that person took it as he peed all over the sectional and blamed our dogs for peeing on the couch. We keep our house in a very clean and orderly condition and would never let our dogs sit on our couch. In the end, the warranty that we had paid for is down the drain. The stitching on the sectional cannot be fixed due to the lack of quality. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THE BRICK OR GET WARRANTY!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS STORE. Manager did not help, was rude too. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!

      I had a horrible experience with Brick. Purchased 2 kids beds, desk and dresser. Paid in full on JULY 4, 2020, with delivery and assembly. I was warned that there would be about a month waiting because of COVID. Understandable.
      First week of August passes, no call. I come to check, and Customer Service tells me new target date is end of August. September comes - no call. I go to the store, new target date is end of September. I start talking about cancelling the purchase - and - wow, 1 bed and desk have actually arrived. So, they schedule delivery and assembly, remainder to be done in the end of the month.
      On September 11 I get delivery for the remaining bed and drawer. When I call to schedule an assembly, I was told I did not pay for it. So - another trip to the store. Customer service does some processing, and I can now get my assembly scheduled.
      On September 18 assembly guys come in, and tell me that bed is missing one detail - side railing, and can't be assembled. They refuse to assemble the drawer by itself. Also, 2 shelves from headboard are missing.
      I have to go back to Customer Service again. They say they will ask the warehouse to search for missing items and call me back. Obviously, nobody calls me back. Couple of days later I go back to the store. They tell me they will schedule delivery. On September 23 I get 2 missing shelves, and no side railing. Shelves are of very little value for me, I don't care if I have to wait. But without side railing bed can't be assembled. So, my kid continues sleeping on the mattress.
      Back to the store again, they said they would order the missing part, which will arrive in the end of October. Oh, and they are sorry for the inconvenience. which is a huge help, of course.
      Again - they took my money IN FULL on JULY 4!!!
      The customer service refused to give me the detail from their floor model, or the floor model itself (that would have solved the problem and would be fair, since it's entirely their fault to not deliver part of the bed).

      Bottom line - I highly recommend going to another store if the item you purchased is not in stock immediately. As for me - this is absolutely my last purchase from Brick. If I could give a 0 star rating - I would.

      My number one complaint about the brick is their lack of customer service. They botched the delivery and installation of the washer/dryer we bought twice (The 2nd one was a replacement). They don't make an effort to explain what their expectations are to ensure the delivery and installation goes smoothly. Their all time low is having their delivery guy come into our house DRUNK when he's delivering our appliance.
      Rest assured we will never shop at this store or any of their stores again.

      went today during the store's tent sale, wanting to check out an item in the flyer. table&chairs.
      We played a game of "dodge the salesman" throughout the store. What a laugh, we had, just as he'd approach, we would divide up and go in seperate directions. hahaha
      The floor layout in store seems yo coral you into corners that the sales people can jump you for their pitch. Prices were decent, We didn't end up buying today, but fun just the same.

      I can't even begin to express my disgust in dealing with the brick. The salesperson promises you the world, and then no one cares once you pay! They outsource everything. Different contractors for delivery, installation, repairs, warranty. One contractor has no clue about the other. Customer service is an enigma. Don't be fooled into the extended warranty. My dishwasher has been repaired 6 times and I am fighting for a replacement. On replacement I must pay for deliver and installation again, plus a be warranty (if I want it). At this point, I will take a partial refund, and never deal with the incompetent thieves at the Brick again. Disgusted!

      Worst Brick...I am officially done with Brick...still waiting on a new bunk bed 2months later because the first one came damaged. And once brick as your money they could careless about helping or management returning your calls. Never again..I was warned!
