Teriyaki Madness

I got the spicy teriyaki tofu bowl with brown rice and it was really good. The tofu had great flavor and was very spicy and rice was delish, the veggies also tasted very fresh. I got takeout but the indoor seating looked pretty comfy. There were plenty of menu items which makes me want to go back to try more. The server was easy to talk to and quickly put in our order, we also got our food within like 10 minutes which was very quick and nice.

We have only had this as takeout but have always been happy with it. They have great noodles and katsu! You have to get the Teriyaki Chicken- excellent flavor

Last time I was here, the person taking my order was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the price was great. Today, the person who took my order treated me like I took his mother out for a nice steak dinner, made her fall in love with me, then never called her back. Dude was NOT very happy that I was there spending my money. I'm sure the food will be delicious, but I hope I don't taste the irritation and disdain this man was clearly feeling... I've never tasted disdain before, but I'm guessing it tastes gross.. like burnt hair and mango chutney... hopefully the lack of love doesn't effect the food. I'm starving, so I'm gonna eat it regardless, but let's just hope it tastes good. Wish me luck!

Gave this spot another try recently and I was quite impressed! Friendly staff, clean inside and mostly importantly the food was excellent. Tender, juicy, well seasoned chicken and tasty stir fried veggies.

This was the second time I ordered from Teriyaki madness through GrubHub with the same result. I had a group of people coming for dinner on a Friday night so I ordered hours in advance. Some were children, so I wanted to be sure the order got here THIS time. Ten minutes before the food was supposed to be delivered they cancelled. Friday night, a group of hungry guests including children, too late to order from somewhere else, and they cancel at the last minute. AND this was the second time. I cannot imagine a more irresponsible restaurant.

I've been here a few times and every time the food was amazing. But this last time, was hands down the best. The food was good as always, but Tony at register made stuff so much better. I usually order the same thing every time, but when I ordered this time, he gave me a bunch of options he suggests I try. Never had someone do that. They usually ring me up for what I bought and I'm on my way. But Tony had so many suggestions, and I couldn't be happier with it. Never ordering the basic dish I get any more. Shout out to Tony!!!

The egg rolls, pot stickers and crab cakes were all hard and rubbery not edible at all

Terrible service, disgusting floors and ceilings. They were taking a broom and cleaning the cob webs off the lights as people ate. Unbelievable! I went back to get my pot stickers they forgot. I ordered food and reminded them of my "name on the books" with forgotten food that you sold me but want in the bag. The manager said it was pass the 7 day rule. What the heck is that? I paid for it. You forgot to put it in my bag. I get home, 10 miles later & call you. You tell me "your name is in the books". What a rip off. I tried to come back as a customer, but this did it. Never will I recommend or go here.

It is so hard to make up my mine. They are closed on Saturday but opens Sunday at noon. Worth the wait.

Food was great. Staff were super friendly. I'll be back. Unfortunate this place got lots of 1 stars from a bunch of chronic cynics. Look at the profiles of all those people...no business stands a chance with them.
