I concur with Evan G. (who beat me to the punch on this one - Kudos to Evan!):
" ..nice little taqueria, with fast and friendly service. The tortas are good and its a quick and cheap stop for lunch."
I can't speak for the tortas here but the lengua burrito is right on spot.
These guys are every bit as good as El Taco Veloz; however, for about the same price you get the same quality and size burrito, fiery hot counterbalanced fridge chilled green sauce (in mustard dispenser) and drink - sweet tea (next time I'll try the horchata) PLUS small mexican salad (shredded iceburg lettuce with guac / sour / pico de gayo) ...
PLUS chips, PLUS you get homemade mild salsa (in a bowl) for dipping chips, and PLUS you get chilled mild smokey fridge chilled chipolte salsa (same ketchup / mustard squeeze bottle container as the green sauce). All the extra added bonus features for the same price as E.T. Veloz.
Tortilla chips are nothing special and they do not have a lightning fast "order at the counter" service area but the place still it is much larger and nicer than most El Taco Veloz locations (and air conditioned). The waitresses are very sweet, attentive, attractive and understand English / gringo speak.
No self service salsa bar either but they are giving you full bottles of those fresh homemade / chilled premium salsas (in those catchup / mustard containers that for some reason I just love the shit out of) AND a bowl of mild salsa so this is truly a unique breakthrough or odd variation in the Atlanta area (where you get one or the other but almost never both).
Like Plaza Linares, this place is very, very close to my office in the Alpharetta / Milton area by McFarland Rd and 400 (Exit 12 B GA 400 -McFarland Rd)Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Ana Maria L.Alpharetta, United States1485117Jan 19, 2014
Best tacos cheapest tacos ! Not a chain and owners are always there ask for Miriam the waitress. She is quiet but we never have to order she knows our order by heart. Lengua & pastor tacos to die for! Our son loves the cachete taco. You'll have to go in to find out what that is. Killer cheap margaritas. One is more that plenty for that Friday night, TGIF. The shrimp and fish tacos are delicious. Ask for the homemade tortillas and guacamole. No better tacos in town!!!

My bf and I found this little gem while driving by--we live really close to the taqueria and we have always meant to try it. We finally did last weekend and no regrets! We just moved from Phoenix and really miss good Mexican food. We have tried many places here but nothing so far matches to what we are used to from home. Of all the places we have tried here(we have tried MANY), this place comes to closest with what we consider good Mexican food! I ordered the tacos and I was so happy to find they have lengua and cabeza and pastor and all the other yummy good stuff! Their salsa verde was nice and spicy --just the way I like it! My bf had the chicken quesadilla and he really enjoyed it too. The only thing I was disappointed in was their horchata --it tasted like it was made from a mix. Other than that, food was great, service was good and prices are very, very reasonable. We will definitely be coming back!
P.S. If they add ceviche on their menu, I will be coming here everyday for meals! :)Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
