Royal Milk Tea is the good stuff here. I hope they can continue to maintain their standards.

This is the spot to go to for a quick snack. I work nearby and my lunch break unfortunately only allows me to be gone for 30 minutes. It's convenient as it's near my hospital.
My go-to snacks would be their popcorn chicken. Their portions are generous and their chicken isn't all batter. Some places have thick batters - but this one is just right. Just be aware to add some salt and pepper to it as they sometimes lack seasoning.
Drinks are not bad. They're your typical boba drinks you can find at any other boba place. My go-to would be their blended matcha. Some places have it taste too watery, but this one is pretty good.

I ordered Catering Trays and both items were still warm, quite generous with the sauces - thank you! I also ordered the Taro Milk Tea with ZERO Sugar - Perfect. It wasn't too sweet but enough to compliment the palate, especially if you are on a restricted sugar diet. I truly recommend T4 Tracy!

4689Mar 28, 2024The food here is great snack size food to have when you're hanging out with friends, a date idea, or just chilling and enjoying the day by yourself. The drinks are even better and a wide selection and variety of flavors to choose from. The service is very polite, fast, and helpful too. The places ambiance, from the times I went, mostly was relaxed, chill, and empty. The empty part is my favorite because you can choose any booth to sit, and can truly relax by yourself. I highly recommend going to this place with or without people no matter the occasion, especially to relax and unwind.

Our go-to shop for our Boba needs...one of the first places we checked out when we moved to Tracy from the Bay Area..and we're so glad it never disappoints. Food is always great and the Boba drinks are on point. It's hard to find a good spot outside the Bay Area, but Tracy T4 steps up.
We enjoy going there and staff are generally friendly, especially this one staff whose always nice and all smiles. She's very patient with people who are new to Boba drinks and generally don't know what to get.
Give this place a try, it's definitely recommended.

Coming from the Bay Area where places like these are fierce competitions, this place gives you what you miss from the bay. It's a plus how they have so much on their snack list, on top of their smoothies and milk teas.
Hopefully this place stands up the test of time when other businesses keep closing, and the City of Tracy only seem to care about catering to warehouses while ignoring its residents.

Yuuuuum! T4 has some tasty bubble tea! It can be Very addicting! I especially love the honey peach royal and passion fruit flavors with boba. This place has both small and large boba options available. Both are always very soft and fresh tasting. They offer two sizes for the cold drinks - small or large. The large isn't large enough (especially with boba and ice taking up half the cup size)!!! We need a larger size (something like a trenta at Starbucks would be nice), I sometimes find myself getting a couple drinks for his reason. They allow you to choose sweetener and ice by menu listed percentages only (0% or 30% as an example, I was unable to ask for 15%).
I also love their fried wontons. They are super crispy and have a nice amount of meat in them. Perfect with the sweet chili sauce.
I wish they did a daily tea sample... it would be great to be able to try different teas without having to purchase them since I have come across ones I wasn't especially fond of and wish I purchased something else, but at the same time have found really awesome ones by trying them! I know other places do this and has lead me to have a growing list of an array of flavors I liked there because of it.
They do have a free customer loyalty rewards program- sign up with your phone number and get a stamp with every drink purchase to earn free drinks, toppings,
