The best sandwiches! Bar none! I grab a sandwich there once a week.

Gradually making my way through the entire menu lol.

Really friendly staff and quick service.

Has a small seating area, but I usually do takeout.

I came by on a casual weekday to grab some sandwiches. The price value for what you get is absolutely worth it. I got the roast beef, and my partner got the cubano. They both had great meat-to-bread ratio. It gave what it promised, and it felt like a clean eat, which I appreciated.

I'd stay away from the coffee though... Maybe it's because I'm from Portland where coffee is literally so good everywhere, but the americano was mid at best.

Amazing sandwiches and not bad price for the size.
Only losing a point as I'd love to see more vegetarian options switching up things a bit.

Love the unique sandwiches. We ordered three. Each one was very flavorful and each one had a different flavor--different proteins, different veggies, different sauces. Not a loser in the bunch!

SO GOOD! S'wich is located in the cozy and cute neighbourhood of Queensbury Village in North Vancouver. There's something for everyone with tons of vegan and vegetarian sandwiches and gluten free bread options. The service is fast and friendly!

Passing through the neighborhood and needed to fuel up with a quick-ish lunch. Despite a line nearly reaching the door, the team was slinging sandwiches and iced coffees left and right and the wait was nearly non existent. Tried the Cubano and Immaculate Sanchez and they were both easily two of the most palatable and expert crafted sandwiches I've had in a minute. 10/10 recommend!

Quick, easy and so delicious. Diverse menu with great veg/vegan options. My family of 7 each got different sandwiches and loved all them! Highly recommend the Up Your Alley for a vegetarian option & most definitely ask for hot sauce!!

Friendly staff sandwiches were awesome and the great value. They have a great little secret patio in the back for people to sit. I had a ham and cheese on whole wheat. It was delicious and my wife had it pulled pork on white bread, great value and fast service.

Yum! I love this place. I am addicted to the Immaculate Sanchez. It is the perfect blend of creamy, tangy and spicy. And the chicken is so tender. Great portion size. My partner has also tried the beef and cheddar and he said it was excellent. The peanut butter crunch bar is also very, very, VERY good. Highly recommend. They are also on Uber Eats so it's a nice treat for lunch when we are working from home :)

We called in advance for pick up during work lunch. I ordered Classic Chicken Pesto on multigrain bread. That is one tasty sandwich! Slow roasted free range chicken with house pesto mayo spread, provolone, tangy sun-dried tomato, shaved red onions and arugula. Delicious! My coworker raved about the variety of sandwich options.
