Today my daughter ordered from this restaurant online and when we arrived I dropped her off to get her food whilst I went to park in their tiny parking lot. I could not get into the parking lot because two vehicles were parked blocking access so I was able to turn around without hitting the parked cars on a very uneven slope and parked waiting alongside the restaurant. There are no signs prohibiting parking and I was in the car and the employee refused to give my daughters the sandwiches because of where my car was. I explained the parking lot was blocked and she said she was not giving us the sandwiches which were made. She also refused to give my daughter a refund. I got out of the car and this Latino woman with no name tag was insulting, smirking and called by daughter a bitch and then asked my daughter if she knew what a bitch was.
A black woman called Julie showed up in an uber claiming to be the manager again insulted and refused to give us the food or a refund. I asked for the franchisee information which they refused to give and threatened to call the police to which I said would they like me to do it for them.
Then all of a sudden the so called manager just gave a refund wasting the food.
They have a sign looking for a manager and if I got the job they both would be fired.
I run my own business and there is no way they should have behaved or escalated this matter in the way they did.
Be very aware of this location and we ended up going to another subway who could not believe what happened.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mark T.Green Bay, United States1842Aug 21, 2021Updated review
Prices are insane. $10 for a sub? Not even filled with meat. You can make one cheaper and better or go to Jersey Mike's. Also not supporting the anti American they have advertising for them.

Since my review, I have had two occasions to revisit this site and the same server has had a wonderful change of expression and attitude. Whether someone saw and mentioned my review or not, I am happy that she's happy. Keep smiling!
Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Nov 1, 2019Previous reviewBusiness not open for breakfast is a drag but given the completely rude service one server rages on customers, driving to another location is worth the inconvenience. Snaps at customers if they take, what she feels is, too long to state what they want or answer her barks. I actually interrupted the service before me to ask "I certainly am not going to stand in line and watch you yell at this man or wait to be treated like you're treating him. Are you too busy to kindly wait on this gentleman? Would you like me to leave and take the pressure of TWO customers off so you can treat him better?" Yesterday she huffed and puffed that she was called out of the back room (she still took several minutes to come out) and actually shamed her co-workers for calling her out of her hiding place. Can't tell you her name because she had no tag on either time but Subway would to well to bring this one down a notch. I type this doing the same thing she does while doing her job. SMDH

Jackie was unfriendly, put off by simple/polite customer requests, did not smile once, I even asked if she was having a bad day and she became snarky...terrible customer service. :(

I ordered my sandwich online. Once my husband brought the sandwich home I noticed my sandwich didn't have mayonnaise. I contact the store to explain the error. The "manager" Jackie started with a poor attitude a d she was telling me about the first sandwich that DID have creamy Sriracha sauce. I explained to the manager I am referring to the SECOND sandwich. She read the sandwich and it states more mayonnaise (NO Sriracha). I asked for the name for the district manager stating she doesn't have one. I went to the store and my husband explained that this is the THIRD time she has made our sandwichs incorrectly. My husband stated to the lady she has a bad attitude. They exchanged loud comments and this manager thought my husband called her a b!+ch. This manager said you call me a b!+ch. This happened infront of another customer and associate. The experience I received from this associate makes me believe that the OWNER of this Subway ALLOWS his leadership not to take accountability for their errors and not correct them. I GOT THE MESSAGE! DO NOT eat at the 1679 Main Street Green Bay SUBWAY. If an associate acted the way this manager did, my employer would terminate immediately.

I was overcharged. I told the cashier, he denied it. After I did the math out loud for the both of us he admitted it BUT told me there was nothing he could do, they weren't allowed to do refunds. I said, that isn't acceptable, you can't just overcharge me then keep the money. He offered me more food, I said no and I want my money, not a lot of money but on principle. He then gave me money out of his tip jar. I told him he shouldn't have to do that but I took it and told him I would call the manager and talk to them about it, mistakes happen and they have to have a way to fix it. I called and spoke to the manager, she was rude from the beginning. She told me employees weren't allowed to do refunds because too many of them were stealing, but they could leave a note and the manager would do a refund. I said if that's the case why wouldn't the employee just have done that and if they can't trust their employees to not steal from them how do I know they won't steal from me, and how can I trust them to maintain sanitary conditions? She hung up on me. I was at no time nasty, vulgar, or loud. I called back and asked who her supervisor was, she told me she didn't have one. I said I was pretty sure she wasn't the highest ranking employee in the whole Subway system. She then gave me the name of the owner and told me if I could figure out how to get a hold of him I could talk to him. I called a different subway who was owned by the same person. They told me they would have him call me. I never heard from him. Again, it was only a couple dollars but that was seriously some of the most ridiculous business I've ever seen.

Typical subway.. They don't always have what you want though. The did a remodel and they are now better and back open.
The same modern decor being put in most subways. Small parking lot and u have to walk up a little hill to get in.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
