Stefano's II Brick Oven Pizzeria

Stopped by for a quick pizza slice en route to the local pool bar. The slice had a bit too much flop, but the sauce and cheese were on point, adding a satisfying flavor to each bite. The Italian hoagie that we ordered had great bread and was huge. However, the real surprise came in the form of the garlic knots; they were the star of the show. Perfectly baked and infused with garlic goodness, these knots stole the spotlight with their irresistible taste. An ok stop for a slice, but the unexpected delight was definitely those delightful garlic knots.

Liked Stromboli steak & cheese. Amazing girl who takes an order. Sometimes I have lunch here.

So disappointed with our order from tonight. To even deliver this to someone as their food they paid for is disgraceful. We never really order from this place but all the other places haven't been that great either so we wanted to give them a try, well we won't be back. My cheese whiz was watery!! No thickness to it at all, I'm not even sure if it was cheese AND it was cold!!! Watery cold dip for my soggy unsalted fries? No thanks. Pizza had decent flavor, but it never finished setting as you can see in the picture so it just fell apart when we went to grab slices. The wings also had good flavor, but why did they look like that?? They were covered in weird white chunks, possibly just unbreaded chicken? We really weren't sure, but they were only half covered in sauce and then when you lifted them up there was that white stuff all over them. Not to mention the blue cheese they gave us very clearly had a greenish-yellow tint to it

It's honestly sad that these are the RESTAURANTS that Bensalem has to offer. I feel like we can't get a decent pizza anywhere! None of these places care about their customers and it shows. The "cheese" was truly the most disappointing part, whoever poured that knows they wouldn't eat that themselves so why would you charge someone for that? Just terrible.

I dont get the bad reviews. The staff was friendly. Place was clean. Menu choices were great. Only issue I had was with the food as in it was a little bland but overall the atmosphere and most of the guests going in and out seemed to be content and happy. Either way, I would say try it for yourself.

The pizza and Stromboli here are very good. I wasn't pleased with the cheesesteaks but overall good food. The cheesesteak was good but I'm from Philly so I can say I've had better cheesesteaks. The staff and service is excellent and they bring a machine with them when paying by card. Delivery time is good also. I will definitely be ordering from here again

Love the cheesesteak. The garlic rolls are the best. Crazy about the BBQ Chicken Pizza.

Good location in Bensalem. Decent amount of inside seating. Looked family run, they were friendly and busy. Went with a couple of plain pies and asked for well done.
The crust was on the soft end and pretty thick and doughy. Looks like they sprinkle some oregano and grated cheese before they box it up. The sauce needed a little more flavor to it in my opinion. It was a bit bland. The cheese was good and it was balanced well with the sauce. The slices held up pretty well. The shell and crust are on the thicker side so you get a bit more of a doughy taste in each bite.
Overall I'd say this is a solid pie but better can be found locally. That being said I would eat this pizza again or try other menu items.

I really used to enjoy this place until the owner continually gave my son attitude when ordering. We had been hung up on multiple times over the phone so we decided to come in and see what this place was all about, turns out.. this guy is a total d head!! Food is alright but definitely not good enough to be talking and treating people the way he is. Heard him even yelling at young teenage employees, honestly felt so bad for these young adults.

I'm probably bias being from nyc but I have tried other areas in NJ and this was not it...The sauce is missing something it was a bit bland not overwhelming it wasn't the worse ny style pizza but if your just lazy and not wanting to venture then it's edible the size is generous so two slices will be enough for one person...Philly has better options.

Stopped here yesterday for a quick lunch. I arrived around 11:30 and it was dead. They had a large variety of slice pies. I opted for a medium plain. They didn't carry a small or personal, that was a bit of a bummer.

I waited roughly 20 minutes for the pizza. It was just okay. They say brick oven but there was barley any color on it. Not sure if it really is. The sauce was good, not too sweet and had a strong garlic flavor. The cheese was meh, greasy. The pizza was kind of sloppy (see picture). I'm not sure if I would go out of my way to go back. 2-3 stars
