Starbucks

Pro:
Great service, helpful staff, pleasant atmosphere. It's nice to see a Starbucks open between 5am-10pm. For local gardeners, this location also give out free used coffee grounds.

Con:
Busy location. Long lineups during the peak hours. I usually don't get a indoor seat right away. 6 tables inside and two outside.

Firstly my 1/5 review is for the manager- Everett. The way you handled a complaint today was unprofessional and disrespectful. I had indicated that my drink tasted like the milk at gone bad and of course, as a customer who now feels ill from your products - I am upset because I don't know if the correct milk was put into my drink. But to yell at your customer and say, "I HEARD YOU, you don't have to repeat it!" Yes I do have to repeat it because you clearly do not understand the gravity of this situation. I am sure many other people are not suffering side effects from this stores actions. The sass that came from this manager's mouth is appalling. But clearly I'm not the only one who has indicated the same thing.

This place usually has excellent customer service and staff interactions that I will give a 4/5 for.

But for Everett - you get a 1/5. Please go back to your managerial training course.

The first time I came to this Starbucks in the Hastings-Sunrise region. The place is clean, the service is efficient, and the protocols for safety are definitely in place.

Starbucks makes things so convenient. I went on my cell and looked at my Starbucks app. In it, the Starbucks menu is nicely displayed with pictures. I ordered and paid for it my drink using my app as I walked to the cafe. I got my drink the instant I arrive.

My first time trying out the Dragon drink and it is amazing ! A bit pricier at $5.00 but it's nice to indulge now and then :)

Great service,amazing staff and an amazing manager. My only thing is the wait can be bad at some times but that is rare to happen

I have been going here for 7 years now. There's a few employees who remember me by name- and always remember cute little details about me. Every barista at this Starbucks is a ray of sunshine. Any time I've had an issue with a drink, they resolve it immediately with a smile. During quarantine this was some of the only human interaction I had- and they really made my day better every time I went. This Starbucks has a special place in my heart, and even though there's many locations by me, I stay loyal to this one. If you're driving along Hastings, make a coffee stop here. It's a busy location at times, but they work very hard! Kudos

This is a nice Starbucks.. the service here is good and the place is not so busy and clean.
The good thing is the place uses to close at 11:00 pm and open 4:30. If you need a hot chocolate at 10 pm, you know where you will find it.

By far my favourite location! No matter what time of day I go to the kaslo location I get perfect service and the place is always clean + well stocked.

There is plenty of seating inside and outside this location, yet the drive through makes orders sometimes take a few minutes longer... but the drinks always come out perfect!

The last time I went I ordered a green tea latte (they were super busy too) and said my name was kat. The barista decided to do latte art in the form of a cat which I thought was such a cute touch!

Only recommendation would be to not park in their parking lot and to park on the side streets because of the drive through fills up you can't get out of you're spot!

Going through the drive-thru, line up is not too bad today Monday to Friday the line up can get ridiculously long.

As most Starbucks are, this one is clean and organized. Barista is friendly and chatty (which is great)

Thus location has more seating than others and also offers outside seating during warmer weather.

My drink today (Caramel Machiatto) was made perfectly

Actually the worst Starbucks I have ever been too, All i hear are the employees gossiping about customers, gave me the wrong drink, and gave me sass when I asked a basic questions.

This location is definitely one of the more unique ones around town, for several reasons.

1. There's a parking lot in the back, behind the building.
2. There's a drive thru.

The trade-off is that the location actually isn't as big as it looks. There are a handful of tables, and some bar seats. The interior definitely felt a bit more cramped that other locations. With that said, there's an E facing patio, which must be nice during those summer afternoons.

Staff were friendly and quick. My coffee tasted pretty decent.
