Food is starbucks usual mediocre, service is very bad, and ambiance is gross,

My favorite Starbucks I go to. They know their repeat customers by name and order. Very friendly. It sometimes can be slow, but worth the wait.

I was waiting in line to order and one of the employees (I'm guessing the manager) was yelling at the other barista in front of all of the customers. The girl was in tears and then had to continue taking orders. The manager should have handled the situation differently and talked to the other employee in private instead of embarrassing her in front of everyone.

The coffee was good but I just felt horrible for the employee.

It's a nice oasis at at side of the grocery store! The seating area is bigger than most Starbucks stores I've been at, and you can't go wrong with the extra food options nearby! The only thing that is preventing me from giving it five stars is that my macchiato does not seem to be blended properly. Hopefully they will get it right next time. Nice community!

The card reader told me to put my card in and i did but then the system completely crashed and the manager tried to lecture me about it... then when i told her it told me to insert my card she yelled at me and told me she wasn't arguing with me... definitely the manager and definitely no customer service etiquette will be avoiding this location at all costs
