Sonic Drive-In

This was the best fast food I have had in such a long while. The onion rings were unbelievably crispy, the Dr Pepper tasted like they had just refilled the syrup, the burger was pretty good, and the chicken tenders were amazing.
Not to mention the sweet lady, Emily, who took our order, the unbelievably sweet lady who came out and asked that we go over to another stall because our stalls microphone was not working, and the sweet Gail, who came out with our food on rollerskates.
This was a fantastic experience and I'd highly recommend this sonic to anyone and everyone - not to mention the food was reasonably priced!!!!

If I could give this place a zero I would. What a mess. Online order for 3 drinks. App says pull into stall so I do. Let them know I have an online order for 3 drinks. Tells me I have to go to drive thru. No problem, only 2 cars in front of me. 25 minutes later get to the speaker. Say again I have an online order. Tells me to pull up to the window. I pull up to the window and guy is confused. 7 minutes later I get my 3 drinks...... could of all been prevented if someone would of just walked out the 3 drinks at the stall like the app said and saved me 35 minutes. Lesson learned.

If I could give zero stars I would!! After a poor Grub Hub delivery, I reached to to this location and they advised they still had our order, so we had to go pick it up. Got it back to our office and it was missing multiple items, so I called and asked for the Manager, she in turn handed me over to the "General Manager" This man got on the phone and literally said "Food was in the bag, don't know what to tell you" and then hung up on me!! He didn't even give me a chance to say anything at all!! I was appalled!! I tried to call back but they just didn't answer the phone. Extremely AWFUL Customer Service is an understatement for this place!!

The food we did receive was horrible! Not that I expect greatness out of fast food, but edible would be nice. I will NEVER be able to dine at a Sonic again because of the incredibly awful service I received from this particular location!! Stay as far away from this place as possible. Can't believe I'm posting a review on a fast food place but it's actually crazy how bad our food was. I'll eat anything and know it's a fast food chain but the tater tots were rocks of old grease and the burgers were awful. Meat patties were old over cooked pucks and buns were cold and hard.

Worst fast food I've ever had. My family had to through out all our of our food. It all looked (and tasted) like it sat in old (burnt) oil for multiple days. I don't suggest anyone eat it.

Ice cream is creamy and delicious we only had to wait like 5 minutes our server was nice and the slushee was perfect

I agree with others. This was the worst fast food for a a higher price than every other fast food. I ordered a Cheeseburger with just ketchup and mayo on the cheeseburger and they forgot the cheese on the cheeseburger (but still charged me for a cheeseburger) and it was subpar hamburger at that. And I ordered a medium cheese fries. What I received was a very small fries clumped together a "lump" of soggy mess.

Please go to Mcdonalds, Burger King, Culvers...... but not here. Save your money and time. The food is NOT work the calories.

Don't waste your time, just don't. I warmed you. You will waste your money and remember this review. Staff is rude, stalls aren't working, slush machine is always down.

Sonic usually has good food but the hours at this sonic are not good. 11am to open? You're losing all kinds of breakfast crowd money by not being open during the morning rush hour.

I have been wanting to try their cold brew iced vanilla coffee and I finally stopped by. They gave me the coffee and I took a sip in the drive thru while I waited for my burrito. The one sip I took tasted like chocolate milk. I asked the worker there when they handed me my burrito if the cold brew was suppose to taste like Chocolate milk, she looked at me confused and said it was pre mixed with ice cream. Um, what? Why would a cold brew have ice cream mixed in?? Anyways, I was definitely disappointed in the coffee and will stick to making coffee at home or if I'm getting myself a coffee treat, I'll go to Starbucks or bigby coffee.
