Sonic Drive-In

Quick food and good prices. Bring it right to your car. Can pay at the kiosk. Workers are friendly but they don't wear skates anymore.

So this morning I go through the drive thru at Sonic and order a #14 with sausage (breakfast burrito) and for the drink just a cup of ice. The girl ask me do you want a large or medium drink and I said medium. Now if someone orders a #14... that would be the meal that includes tater tots. Well she takes my order and she repeats it and says... medium cup of ice and a burrito, $4.21. Well I looked at the price and #14 meal was $5.99. I was like hello are you there and she never answered me, so I pulled up to wait for my order. She comes out and was like here is your drink and burrito. I told her I ordered a #14 which is the meal that also comes with tater tots... so with attitude she says, well people say #1 and then just want the burger. I told her well I said #14 the meal that comes with tater tots... she kept giving me attitude and I was like I will give you the money when I get my tater tots and she was like, well give me back the burrito and drink so you don't drive off...at this point I didn't want to be late to work and I said here take it all back and I just left. Horrible customer service and will not be going back to this Sonic.

Grilled cheese had very little cheese. It was basically a bread sandwich. Very disappointing. Onion rings were good & crispy tho. Ketchup packs were stuck today with something sticky which was gross.

Not one to usually leave such a low review. But my sister and I came through the drive thru and the speaker must've been completely busted. Our lady couldn't hear a thing we said on the speaker. And when she would repeat it back it was completely wrong. She started to catch an attitude with us as well and i just felt completely stupid. When we finally got our order correct (she left out an ingredient) the woman handing us order repeating it back was laughing at us. It wasn't a normal order but there's no need to make guests feel incompetent. The one star is for the drink itself. That's about the only thing they didn't mess up.

The Good: Ample parking with individual stalls to order. There is also a drive thru. There are a limited number of tables outside under the shade that you can use. Service was relatively fast. Food was hot and fresh and Lauren, our server was superb. Grounds were clean.

The Bad: Nothing bad to report.

The Ugly: Nothing ugly to report

We came to this location last night and ordered some mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce and chili cheese tots. The girl brought it out to us and we scanned the bag and saw there was no marinara, so we asked for some. She scoffed at us and then acted like it was the biggest in inconvenience in the world. As she left to get it, we noticed the chili cheese tots were also not in the bag. We tried to get her attention before she left so she didn't have to make two trips, but she didn't turn around. She came back with the marinara sauce, threw it in the car, and then turned around. I called out to her multiple times, but she just ignored us and walked away. We then pressed the intercom and told the people there we were missing the tots. A different girl was completely rude and talked over me multiple times. Needless to say we won't be coming back.

If you get hungry, like I do, and do not want to wait years for your order..try Sonics. We go to the one in Belton and I'm never disappointed with my foot long coney dog. So worth it. Trust me.

Best place to get my hotdog fix. After being a little league mom and eating a hotdog every day it felt like I swore off for a while but now I get a craving an hotdogs are just perfect foot long is more than enough to keep me going for a couple weeks until I get another craving. Delicious

Ok this place doesn't try, they put three chunks of lettuce and 5 pieces of onion on their burger it's ALWAYS cold and whatever they did that was "NEW" is terrible. This is the worst of the worst of sonics. I always go back like a dummy because it's convenient but I'll just drive the extra 10 min to Whataburger for a real burger at least till the Chicago overloads screw that up like sonic.

Plenty of better Sonic's to go to. If you're still hurting for a burger, try Wataburger.
