Sleep Country

I love Sleep Country!! I bought a electric bed 2 years ago with a Natura mattress and I am so happy I did. Everyone that works there are so friendly and helpful. I went in today as my bed remote stopped working and the 3 guys working there fixed my remote and even gave me new batteries. I'm back on cloud 9 :)

Just a warning about this company. They are also a part of Dormez-Vous. And Dormez-Vous donates beds to St. Vincent de Paul. I recently bought a boxspring from St. Vincent de Paul and was told everything was brand new. I was told this on 3 occasions. I even called Dormez-Vous to ask if the mattresses were new and they said yes, with only a small rip or off stitching. When I received my mattress and took it out of the plastic it was in it was old, dirty, ripped along half the back. AND it was full of bed bugs, but i didn't know this until the next day when I saw that I was covered in them. I had to take the bed out right away, clean everything, dry it for hours in the dryer and still it was too late. I had bed bugs. It's maybe not Dormez-Vous fault but I caution everyone to look very closely at any AS IS or irregular bedding. And I think Sleep Country and Dormez-Vous should do a major investigation into what is going on at St. Vincent de Paul and not associate with them if this is the product they are pawning off to the publice. Very negligent and St. Vincent continues to lie and deny any wrong doing. I'm very upset. I hope no else falls into this trap.
