A coffee shot of nostalgia! Being in this homey cafe reminds me when I used to go to the coffee shop in a Border's bookstore! The aesthetic reminds me of the global village coffee shop aesthetic from the late 2000s! Makes me wish they would almost play into the aesthetic. Otherwise a very solid local coffee shop with people of different ages coming into the coffee store!
The coffee cake is a solid breakfast item where it's not too decadent, but delicious and the drink is a solid dirty chai!
Service is very friendly and I can tell this is a local beloved spot!

An alright coffee shop nestled in Silverlake. It's a good place to get some work done since there's WiFi and free parking

I like the music selection they had here and their menu is pretty standard for a coffee shop, so it's easy to find something to order to enjoy. I got an orange juice and an everything bagel. I wanted a lox bagel but didn't see anything on the menu with it assembled, so I had to order the toppings separately.

The toppings for tomato, onions, avocados and cucumbers are $1 EACH, so I was disappointed with how stingy Silverlake Coffee was with the portion of tomato they gave me

The nicest staff, great drinks and food at the best prices, good room for studying/chilling. I recommend to drop by and see if it's your new go to coffee and breakfast spot!

Good food, pretty good lattes, if you're working there, there are multiple outlets. So that's convenient. The workers seem nice, haven't really experienced any negative attitude in the multiple times I've been here. I dig it!

We arrived around 11:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning and the inside was totally full, but it turned out okay because they let us put three outdoor tables together for our party of five for a birthday brunch. They even helped us wipe down the tables and the wet chairs from the rain, and moved the trash bins away from where we were sitting.
. Everyone was super nice, including the person who we placed our order with and the person who made our coffee drinks.
I had the veggie omelette with multigrain toast and breakfast potatoes. The breakfast potatoes were cubed / diced potatoes with a nice amount of grease and salt, almost more like fries. The omelette was definitely generous with the amount of vegetables inside, including some good avocado. The toast came dry and I could have asked for butter but honestly it didn't need it so I didn't bother.

The decaf 2% latte was very foamy, almost more like a cappuccino. The flavor was very good.

We had a nice leisurely brunch on the patio, and everybody's food looked really good. Would definitely return, especially for the service. Parking was also easy, with an adjacent lot and free metered parking on the street directly in front.

Cozy intimate setting that is more than just coffee. You can get omelettes and hot sandwiches in addition to salads. Hot and cold coffee drinks. We got a chai tea latte and oak milk latte. Both were outstanding. Very friendly service. I do recommend giving this place a shot when in Los Angeles

My old standby coffee place. It's laptop heaven, but for me, bringing a book and sitting outside and watching Glendale Blvd do its magic is the best. The food and coffee drinks are top-notch. It has a funky interior with no pretense - simply an awesome place.

Such a shame the bagel and coffee I order was great but the customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have no idea what he has against burgers never say die which is next door. My gf wanted something healthy from this coffee shop and I got a burger from next door and Larry kicked us out while she was eating her food from silverlake coffee shop and while I was in the restroom. My food from next door wasn't even out, it was still in the bag and he demanded we leave the table due to having burgers never say die in the patio. We weren't even inside the shop!! First and last time giving them my business. I am never coming back!
