Silver River Restaurant

The sweet and sour chicken was crispy and a lot more sweet than sour. The spring rolls were hot tasty and fresh. The service was great (we were only customers on a Sunday around 5 pm / 1700). The pho with beef was good and had good rice noodles, onion, beef roast, and fresh cilantro - the broth was a little thin but they had a chili paste or hoisin sauce you could add. What was missing at other places I've had pho was the saltiness of broth, fresh limes and Basil leaves plus bean sprouts - sometimes jalapeños and garlic as well - that would have made it 5 stars.
