I've been going to this pharmacy since it opened and it used to be great, but in the past couple years it has gone down hill and has absolutely horrendous customer service . . . The woman behind the pharmacy counter has been consistently rude, disrespectful, and antagonistic (and having read several negative reviews referencing her, I know mine is not an isolated experience!) . . . The worst treatment I've ever received . . . If my husbands cancer meds weren't automatically faxed to that pharmacy I'd never go back!
We have also had narcotics prescriptions go 'missing' and we have been shorted on pills more than once . . .
They need to get their house in order!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Panvir D.Abbotsford, BC1313Aug 17, 2022
Such a friendly and nice store. Always so clean and well stocked. I mainly go to the pharmacy for my prescriptions and Pam is so helpful and kind. She's gone out of her way to call my insurance company to get my prescriptions covered. I also love the cosmetics area. So many great and affordable brand. The manager Leslie is always to knowledgeable and approachable. I feel safe to ask questions. Overall 10/10

Maybe I am blind, but I do not see where I can shop or check store Product availability on line.

My one-star review is only related to the pharmacy NOT the store itself. I just got gouged with double dispensing fees on a prescription. My regular cost is $4.72 for a 3 month supply of my meds at my regular pharmacy. After needing just a one-week emergency supply, I was charged $28. Of that, $10.60 x 2 was for dispensing. I'll continue to shop in the store but never again will I use their pharmacy.

It is very handy to have a big Shoppers in Aldergrove... and I go there a lot.
Now for the reason for my two star rating... stay with me here.... if you go to a pharmacy for medicine... occasionally you might be there and be unwell.. you also might be a senior who has medical issues, and have a 1/2 hour wait... you could also be a Mom with a little kid trying to pick up essentials, or you could be like me... having driven an hour, and as always have a million errands on the way home from work and need to do a quick shop.
All of these scenarios might mean YOU NEED ACCESS TO A BATHROOM!!!
They have NO bathroom... I made a searing remark, gave them the stink eye and left.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jay Z.Mission, BC1826199Mar 1, 2013
Every time I come here there is always a pretty girl working at the cosmetics counter who says hi to you when you enter the store because the cosmetics department is right there. Was a bit thrown off when I came in at night time and there was a stock boy behind the counter instead.
You come here in case you're in a pinch and need a few things like chips, Pepto Bismol, or your prescription. Prices are a bit high but that's drugstore prices. In the photo area they have a few electronics and can take your passport photos but only at certain times so call ahead.
There is a Canada Post office in the back of the store but the one regular lady who works there can be a bit surly sometimes.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Emily K.Langley, BC2716Sep 9, 2015
The cosmetics employees are always friendly and helpful. I only buy my cosmetics/perfumes from shoppers due to their good prices and the fact that you get optimum points. I have gotten hundreds of dollars worth of items with my points.
Ayaz, the pharmacy owner is the best pharmacist I have ever had. Being diabetic I am getting supplies weekly. Ayaz has always gone above and beyond for me. The other pharmacists are very knowledgeable and friendly as well. They seem to really careHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ruth K.Aldergrove, BC02Oct 22, 2012
This Shoppers is absolutely horrible....if you don't really need to shop there, DON'T!! Their customer service is so completely awful, I live right down the street from it but trust me, I will never go there again. I've just tried to print 3 photos there and after making me come back to the store 3 times because the people working there didn't quite know how to use the lab, I was told that they would have to wait til someone who actually knew how to operate the photo lab was in. Perhaps they shouldn't be offering photo services if their staff doesn't know how to operate the machinery. When I said don't worry about it, I just want a refund, the lady that was helping me said that she would but that she just wanted to attend to the person behind me first. Are you f-ing kidding me??? I work in customer service and believe me when I say this that if I tried something like that, I would be fired in a second. I guess the manager t\of this Shoppers really doesn't care though about hiring competent employees...he doesn't have any competition in the area, so why bother giving good service? Horrible. That's all I have to say....just horrible.
