Sheila's Window Toppers & More

We went to Sheila's Window Toppers in Crowfoot with just a vague idea of what we wanted for our kitchen, living room and patio door. Staff provided options of products we didn't even know existed. Patio door selections have come a long way. Seeing products in the show room was a value added. The staff experience was very evident with all their questions about the space and use to ensure that our needs would be met. They gave us an estimate in the store, came to our home, measured windows, provided final pricing and brought product samples. This guaranteed the materials and colors selected matched well with our décor. Sounds silly but white is a difficult choice, there are so many variants.

Everything arrived within a couple weeks. Install was completed by very competent staff who knew exactly how to adjust for those not so square and not so level windows.

We couldn't be happier with our choice, gone are the 20 year old metal blinds and verticals on the patio door. We selected Shadow Magic Silhouettes and Patio Door Vignette. If you can't make into the store check them out on-line. The difference is night and day - the space is bright and beautiful, love it!

We are over the moon happy with our drapes!!! Not only did they give us two full walls of stunning new curtains that fit perfectly and look beautiful, but they also fixed a botched job that we had done by the builder. The curtains that were installed previously were hemmed too short and crooked and didn't close evenly and they had an ill fitting liner. After years of feeling it was a hopeless fix, Sheila's came to the rescue! I don't know how they did it, but the curtains are now hemmed evenly to the perfect length, and they close like a dream! It just shows the amazing skills they have. They made my wish come true, went above and beyond, and I found their price to be extremely fair. I'll never go anywhere else.

I was looking to buy some Hunter Douglas blinds with the top down bottom up function - originally, I tried Costco, but they didn't have a consultant to come and measure them in my home, so no thanks!

I did some internet research and found Sheila's Window Toppers. I called on a whim, and Sheila answered - this shocked me, and when I said where I lived she indicated she could stop by the next day. Sheila herself came by, true to her word, and helped us pick out what made sense to us. What really sold me was when we were discussing the back doors to our home where I said we might think about putting in french doors some day. Sheila immediately said "Then it isn't worth it getting these blinds here - just go to ikea and get some curtains for now". Anybody who doesn't try to sell me on every single upgrade and in fact helps me make some budget conscious decisions is just great in my books. She also recommended some lower cost blinds in the upstairs, as they would be black out blinds and you couldn't see the pattern. I couldn't believe how she really worked with our budget and made it an affordable and pleasant experience.

The installation was just as smooth. The young man was in and out, tidy, wore all the appropriate gear to ensure the house was left clean, and was very polite.

I recently moved into a new home in Airdrie and I approached Shiela's Window Toppers to do a blind installation for the complete house. The service was great from the start. We were shown all the options and explained all the details very professionally. They went to take measurements at the house, and even recommended a colour for us by looking at the interior colour scheme, as we were somewhat unsure which way to go with such a large selection of available colours. The blinds were delivered on time and were of high quality, the installation was perfect with not a single granule of debris left behind and not a single mark on the walls or window frames. Needless to say, the colour they recommended worked perfectly and looks fantastic! You will be very hard-pressed to find better quality service, product, and installation at a better price, if this is possible at all. I highly recommend this company for all your window covering needs; it is simply perfectly smooth sailing all the way.
