Always the nicest rooms, clean, and modern comfortable furnishings. Super friendly, professional, and personable staff (especially the hotel front desk) I travel all through Oregon regularly and like to gamble. I have recently thrown away all my other players cards and don't see any reason to spend money anywhere else. As close as you're going to get to a Vegas style property and gaming offers here in OR.

I stayed here for one night, the room wasn't clean, the toilet has streak marks in it and the tub wouldn't drain! To top of my experience, I forgot two pillows in the room and called the same day I checked out to see if I could get them back. I was told by security things tend to disappear if they are left. I called a manager to see if they would help, won't call me back. I would gladly change this review if I get my pillows back. Or at least a refund.

Update: The hotel called and claimed they found one pillow in the lobby somehow but not the other one. I didn't take either of them out of the room so clearly someone is lying but they are going to send this one back to me and refunded me 15%. So I guess that's something.

Update 2: Sent the completely wrong pillow to me. I would expect slightly better from a place that charges $200 a night...

Casino was very nice! Restaurants are abundant and the food is good. But what stole the show for us was the RV PARK, It's fantastic!!! Customer service was exceptional with everyone we dealt with, in the casino and in the Rv park.
Also there are 2 free lots to dry camp, we stayed one night there because we came in late and didn't book ahead, but when we saw the RV PARK, we stayed a few days!

Cold food no steak in the chicken fried steak Frozen vegetables have had better t v man dinners and for twenty dollars You expect more.

The spa is incredible all the services are great . Professional courteous and kind . The food, drinks and restaurants are good . We enjoy gambling and the rooms too.

Called for a reservation on our way down from Washington. Took our info over the phone and check in at the resort later was very easy. There is a $25 charge for pets that's not mentioned on the website and a $50 incidental fee that gets refunded after checkout, so there are a couple hidden expenses. The room was clean except a few sticky spots on the floor (yuck). Beds are super hard and so are the pillows. Walls are super thin and some dogs were yapping for the first few hours until management tracked down the owners. Food choices with a minor were either the coffeehouse, diner, or high priced steakhouse. We opted for the diner and the food was not good. Wish we would have stayed elsewhere for the $200+ we spent there.

Room far below average. Food left in fridge. Thermostat defective requiring maintenance. Last of 3 nights descovered bugs on bed reported at checkout. Would not accept cash payment at checkout.
Casino was ok but ATMs were buggy. Resturants were about average but other casinos a bit better. Definitely not recommend

The food was delicious. Great service at dinner and then again this morning for breakfast at cow creek. We had an amazing server Shawn. He was quick to greet us, get our order and food out in a timely manner. His sense of humor , personality and service definitely deserve a 10 stars. We would recommend to all that pass through. You must try the crispy fried tater kegs with cheddar and bacon!

We were traveling with our two bull terriers and wanted a nice clean place to stay halfway to our destination.

The room itself is super clean with nice linoleum/wood flooring with a modern look. The rooms are all on the ground floor but the entrance to the rooms are through a hallway to each door as apposed to doors to the outside.

The room came with 2 small metal dog bowls and a towel. as well as a few dog treats and a poop bag.

Our dogs don't like other dogs so we were hoping for our own entrance instead of a hallway entrance. The walls are super thin. We could hear our neighbors TV and people walking down the hallway. Throughout the night, our dogs were barking at every sound, all night long. It was not a restful stay.

The plus was that everything you need is there. If you felt like having an ice cream, they had it. Plenty of places to eat or drink.

So if you don't have a dog, its probably a really nice place to stop at.
