Always a good spot to stop for your ski and board related needs. Always helpful and have what I'm looking for.

Always sad to read a review, that is so negative. One side of the story. Buying used equipment comes with a risk. This customer complaining likely got had by the person/store, the equipment was bought from. Look for a deal and buy new, is the best way to start the ski season. Lots and lots of deals. Check them all out, before you buy someone else's equipment. Yelp should take it down, enough is enough.

Best products, best service, gnarliest gear in town! Scotties is the only place to go for expert knowledge and sales/service for skis, boards, shoes and clothes. Often have amazing sales too so keep eyes on their IG!

If there was an option for no stars I would choose that. Where do it start... went here because I am new to skiing and bought twin tip skis second hand and needed the bindings remounted to fit my old school ski boots. Brought them in and the owner stated it would need a tune up and a remount costing 75$. Me being new to skiing, I agreed and took his word for what was needed. They were to be ready in a few days which was fine with me.
I go pick them up and they appear to be ok, but being new to skiing I didn't know any better, I pay the 75$.
Later that day I decided to go to sportschek and check out ski boot sales. I found a great deal, same boot size of the current ones I had. I brought my newly mounted and tuned up skis in to make sure my new boots would fit the bindings that were just remounted.
Sportschek refused to touch them or even let me put my newly purchased boots in the bindings, claimed they weren't safe.
Not knowing what to do as I was planning a ski trip the following day. I googled local ski stores and decided to proceed to a local place. When I arrived they told me they would work on them and have them ready.
The following day, the local ski store calls me. They said the newly remounted bindings were mounted crooked and not even. Also that there was a crack in one of the bindings Scottie's should have mentioned and didn't also the binding were missing a tread pad which Scottie's failed to mention. I was clearly very upset. I had wasted 75$ at Scottie's on a poor job.
The local ski shop was amazing and replaced the broken and missing piece at no change because they felt bad.
The next day I called Scottie's. I was told he can't take blame for the unbalanced and crooked remount or the missing piece. I asked if I was able to get my mount back for that. I was told no, he can't be sure the bindings weren't damaged by me skiing. At this point I hadn't even used them.
So disappointed..Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
