Saks OFF 5TH

I haven't been to the other Off 5th locations around Dallas but this one was still A-Ok. I was hoping they would have a better shoe selection but I guess I wear a popular size shoe.

I found a great selection of designer jeans for less than 1/2 of full retail and their selection of Free People apparel (a fave) is excellent. I was able to purchase a few good bargains and wish listed the rest for a future visit.

I was there on a Friday late afternoon, no wait for the fitting room or check out.

Horrible customer service by manager, Anastasia and staff! They did not put an item of mine in the bag yet I paid for it. I called 3 days in a row and she always was too busy or a system was down and never called me back! When an employee, Shari, picked up the phone she was rude and did not help and put me on hold until I finally hung up. I wasted my time for their mistake. In addition, the store is filthy, unorganized and no real deals - total waste of time and should be closed down.

It's nice to have one nearby. But this one isn't that great. They don't do the same discounts as online. It's been a while since I've shopped at the store, but I remember the stores matching online prices. Also, the signs are misleading. I only look for several different brands. I went over to the signs with the brand logo, thinking I can find the brand there (logical, right?!), it was nowhere to be found. I'll stick to shopping online.

Very poor location. I was in the area from out of town and stopped in for a quick shop. I have a location close to my home which is amazing, I never fail to leave without a bargain. Sadly this store was very disappointing, very poor layout, looks like they are trying to save on utilities with poor lighting . Layout was confusing and didn't flow at all. The fitting rooms were full of stuff everywhere and very off putting. In fact I tried a pair of pants and got out pretty quickly. I expected much more from this brand, I'll just stay with my home location next time.

Nice staff. A little short staffed though. Everything is clean and organized so it's easy to find things.

Don't waste your time. The store is so messy and dirty. I went in on a weekday afternoon, there were 6 associates standing around having a very loud personal conversation, with no acknowledgement of the (three) customers in the store. I was there for about 20 minutes, didn't speak to a single soul. My first visit was also my last.
