Robert's Complete Care

The first time I needed Robert's services, it was about three months ago. I needed a fairly large yard (corner lot) mowed, day of. I could not find anyone willing to take the job in such short notice, understandable, I waited last minute to get it done. I called Robert and he was more than willing, he gave me a very fair price considering the size of my yard.
Forward to two weeks ago, I needed the back yard done and again, for the amount of was reliable and hardworking so we now are redoing the back yard and decided without a doubt to hire Robert and his team to do the job. He was very happy to work with our small budget and big demands. We like things done right the first time, unfortunately as most new home owners we had no idea about what to expect. He has been very pleasant about explaining why certain things are good/bad ideas. He is very knowledgeable. I will post pictures as soon as we are done.

Recently moved to a house in Fullerton/Buena Park area with a lot of untamed front and backyard landscape. I got a couple of quotes through friend referrals and yelp, and all were relatively the same with Robert's being slightly higher, but we still chose to go with him after the initial walk through bc of genuine vibes and knowledge. He also provided a clear quote with line items, and there were no unexpected costs afterwards that were not discussed throughout.

The actual work took a little over a month, and wow! I love our new yard so much!!!! Our yard was growing weeds as tall as me, and I wanted to fill a brick wall, create a bordering tree orchard, grassy play area for the kids, and have decomposed granite wrapping the rest of the house to reduce excessive water use. We discussed options throughout with considerations for cost, durability, uses and care, and are so happy with the choices we made. Text communication was also great throughout.

Robert also installed a new irrigation system that he and we can also control via mobile app! We spend every evening outside now and can't wait to start hosting people! Thank you and your team, Robert!!!

Robert was very responsive to my request for quote. His price came in under two other bids for adding sprinklers to my back yard and to tune the existing sprinklers in my front yard. The work included his instillation of a new Wifi sprinkler controller.

The work started on time and finished on budget and within the time he estimated. Robert took time at the end to review the whole system and even provided support for getting the app setup and configured on my phone.

My lawn has never looked as good as it is now. I highly recommend Robert's Complete Care.

I'm in the process of getting my yard redone bits and pieces at a time and I hired Robert to do some landscaping for a decent portion of my backyard. Him and his crew installed a new lawn, plants, irrigation and helped set up fruit trees into half whiskey barrels.

Robert was on the job site about 90% of the time, which was nice. It was good to see him working alongside his crew making sure the job was done right. He had two other guys with him, they were both very nice and respectful.

He also worked with me on the price and gave me the option to take care of a few things myself before he arrived on the job to help cut back on costs in order to hit closer to our target price range.

Overall, the job went rather smoothly and the yard is looking great! They did a wonderful job and I'll likely have them back for more work in the future.

My husband called Robert for an estimate, and he came by within a day to check our yard out. Our yard was super overgrown and messy when we first bought the house. The initial clean up was a bit pricey, but it was worth every penny.

We were so happy with the clean up that we decided to hire Robert's team to regularly maintain our yard. They come every other week like clockwork and do a quick and efficient job. Best of all, they leave everything so clean! I know right away that they came by because of everything being so tidy.

However, I wish my single rose bush is left to bloom a little longer 'cuz sometimes it looks like it belongs in a Charlie Brown special. I also miss having my wall of pink bougainvillea flowers. When it is trimmed too frequently, it starts looking like it's just a plain vine. Other than that, we're very happy.

We do not regret hiring Robert one bit. Our yard looks amazing. Our ficus covered walls look fantastic. It's like I have my own secret garden. I never knew I could fall in love with a yard, but I totally have thanks to Robert and his team.

I called Robert's Complete Care for a plumbing issue I had. All others that I had called were either too expensive or did not really address the issue. Robert's Complete Care crew showed up the next day, worked late and by the end of the day my issue was resolved. I had been living with this problem for months. They did a clean job, provided me with a very accessible clean out. Put everything back in place, like they were never there, cleaned up the drive way and the price was very reasonable. I was keep informed of the progress. The crew was very friendly and made sure of not making a mess of my yard.
Overall, I am very satisfied and I would hire them again.

Needed to give my home a much needed upgrade in landscaping. Had nothing but weeds and dirt. Roberts crew complete transformed my front yard. Great work by the guys and and great suggestions by Robert since I didn't really have a clear idea of what I wanted. They installed new sprinkler heads, new pipes and a drip system under the mulch. Turned out great. I also hired them to maintain my yard and so far it's great service.

This is the second sprinkler system we have had installed by Robert's Complete Care and we are excited to share with others how great the experience is. Robert and his crew are so professional and the quality of his work is performed with such excellence that we find ourselves actually showing off the finished product to our friends. His jobs are very efficient and thorough. His quality precision can even be observed in the small details, whether it is the finished aesthetics of welded pipes, control boxes, or how professionally he drills holes beneath concrete driveways. Both the equipment he uses and the talent he brings give you the peace of mind that your system is in very skilled hands.

Robert was referred to us through friends from church. For the first sprinkler system installed in our back yard we actually went with another landscaper to be as cheap as possible. That situation was not a good experience and we quickly learned that you get what you pay for. Robert came and immediately fixed the situation and the system has worked perfect for the last three years. Robert should have been my first call. And indeed he was this year when we installed a system for the front yard. Robert's estimates are not the cheapest, nor are they the highest. His price is about mid-range. But his expertise and quality of excellence far outweigh the cost.

If you don't really care and just want the cheapest estimate from a guy with a shovel, Robert is probably not for you. But if you care like we do, and want the confidence of knowing you have hired a reputable professional, be sure to give Robert's Complete Care a call.

After reading all positive reviews, I decided to call Robert and hire him. Very friendly over the phone and nice when we met in person. I explained the job I wanted him to do which was only to pull weeds from my yard. Ugh.... where do I even begin? I had such bad experience. No show, kept rescheduling. Finally showed and not a great job. I tried another project with him to plant my avocado tree. He dropped off two guys and left. I called him multiple times and never answered, nor return my call. Some might have had a good experience with him, but I personally didn't. I would never deal with such a flake. Sorry to say that about someone and their business, but my experience was horrible. Take a chance and you might have a better experience.

Robert and his team did a great job transforming our yard. He replaced our front and back lawn with a California friendly landscape. Our yard turned out amazing. He communicated with us throughout the entire process, listened to our wants and needs for our yard and was reasonably priced. We will definitely be contacting him again for any future projects, as well as maintenance.

I called Robert out to give me a quote to install a new lawn. After looking over everything he suggested having my yard go through some design changes and I was impressed with his honestly and knowledge. He could have easily done what I asked and made a quick sale. He was patient while I had a designer he recommended plan everything out and he and his crew came in and completely transformed my yard. Now when people drive by they check out my yard for all the right reasons. He and his staff were very professional and I had no problem giving them access to my house should anybody need to cool off or use the restroom etc. I deal with contractors quite a bit in my line of work and I didn't have to manage him. He has actually been representing my interests all along and he is monitoring my irrigation system and comes by periodically to check on the plants. I can't imagine a better landscaping service.
