Since they changed from North West Waste they have bottomed out. Inside staff is brutal, drivers are most unprofessional out there. They call themselves recyclers etc, farthest from the truth. They do not care about customers or their surroundings. If they ever come calling, RUN. Have never met a more arrogant uncaring bunch of people in my 35 plus years of doing business.
