Came to buy a Rolex and this shady dude pulled this out... said it was 1 of 1 limited edition. I was looking at him wondering if he was being serious and he was. I wonder if he's selling 10k gold calling it 18k gold and selling CZ's and calling them VVS. Shop with caution.

I was in the market for an engagement ring so I stopped by Fred's shop looking for the perfect stone. We struck a deal for 2.15 ctw diamond. I was aware I was buying a Beautiful diamond with inclusions. My fiancé and I went to get the diamond ring appraised for insurance purposes and the gemologist came back with a less than satisfactory quote and asked us if we knew that the diamond was laser treated. Fred did not disclose this information at the time I purchased it knowing that if he did I would have took my business elsewhere. I took the ring back asking for a full refund on the account that he misled me and purposely did not disclose the laser treatment on the diamond. He's denying all allegations and I plan on taking legal action against him. DO NOT give him your business! He is not an honest businessman. Beware of this CROOK!

I had two experiences at Princess Jewelry Exchange. The first was fine. I sold him some really good quality gold and he paid on the spot. I liked a ring he had in his case. But I wanted two. He said fine and I gave him a deposit that in good faith he could recreate or order another one. Weeks later I came back to look at the rings. They were not the same and the quality of the diamonds on the second were not of the same quality of the original ring. One ring was larger and one of the stones was not smooth and had a crack on it. I was not happy with the rings at all. He suggested I take them and wear them for a while and I will get used to them and like them. That was not an acceptable suggestion. I expressed my disappoint and dislike. He says what do you want me to do? I put out time and money... Well, In good faith I left a deposit and was promised good quality. He WOULD NOT refund the deposit. He looked at the second ring and said he could fix it. As a compromise I suggested maybe using my deposit on a ring for my fiancé. He pulls out a tray of rings. I look at the different rings. Many of them were scratched. A few of them had Ben Bridge engraved on them. I asked him where he gets them from. He said "brokers". As we were standing there one of his "brokers" rolls in the door on his bicycle with a bracelet and a ring stating that "my
Gold is real man!" I am not happy with the "special order" or the "broker" nor the end result of my purchase there. He offered Less than half my deposit stating he couldn't sell the ring to anyone else and had too much inventory.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0
