The Gentlemen Mike, only offered me the lowest of low ball offers for a loan on a very High Quality, guitar amp. A VoxAC-15, worth well over $750 brand new and $600 used and mine in is perfect condition. He didn't even know, what brand Amplifier it was or anything about it. What kind of Pawn Shop owner, has not heard of the brand "Vox Amplifiers"? They are world renowned amps! I showed him three prices online used, for over $600, yet he only offered me $200 firm, after I told him I was looking for a new Pawn Shop and that I have a perfect record at previous pawn shops and have spent over $50k in the previous pawn shop (All completely true). He just gave up a lot of business bye low balling me and not being willing to budge to even $250. I went back to my prior pawn shop and without hesitation, they offered me $350. He was rude and very unprofessional...

This is an awesome place to buy everything one needs here. With our annual hotsprings getaway we found this place to buy my daughter second laptop for her school use. Crazy as it sounds we don't believe in bringing home laptop outside the home for germs regulation and management..lol
So Mike and Jie gave us an awesome deal for a used Apple MacBook Pro

This place have superb customer service. The selection is great and prices are truly fair. Mike and Jie were awesome to work with they were fair in entertaining offers. Great customer service.

I would give this place a -0, the lack of respect and horrible customer service from the lady that works there is ridiculous. The lady was getting super hostile because my husband was very knowledgeable on the price of gold . She priced her items on how "pretty" they are instead of what they're worth. The ring I was going to buy was overpriced but I was still going to buy it but her attitude was so bad I couldn't give them my service

I purchased an engagement ring at this location that was listed at $649.00. It was natural orange sapphire and white gold with diamonds. Albeit it was a beautiful ring, I was told how rare the stone was and how "I don't know if I can go as low as 475.00, but I'll talk to the manager." I walked out with the ring at $475 thinking I got an okay deal.

Needless to say, things did not work out between myself and my bride to be. I came back into the location and explained the story. I knew I wouldn't get what I paid for it, but would have been happy with half of what I paid. They flat-out refused to make an offer and suggested I sell it online. Fishy.

I took the ring into a local jeweler to have it appraised before listing it on eBay. Total appraisal value was 98.00. Ninety eight friggin' dollars. No wonder he wouldn't buy it back.

Do your research, people. These guys will nail you to a wall, if given half a chance.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Just walked in with hundreds in cash to purchase a guitar and was promptly told I wasnt allowed to play one for more than 30 seconds. The disrespect and lack of awareness in reference to how how musical instruments are sold (sound and feel, NOT looks) just cost them a $400 plus sale. I will be shopping at their competitors.

I purchased a 14K white 18" diamond cut necklace in October. I've been wearing the necklace since the bought it. I have never bought anything from a pawn shop before, I decided to walk in with my husband. To my surprise a beautiful 14K 18" diamond cut necklace was hanging in the display (just what I was looking for) I asked the price and couldn't believe the quoted the price. I negotiated the price and to my surprise, it was a great price I couldn't pass it up. It was a real pleasure, working with the salesman/saleswoman and great customer service. I will certainly visit the store again when in town.

Not much selection and the place was pretty empty. I was looking for musical instruments and didn't find any worth looking at.

I asked Mike the manager a question and he immediately said he didn't like my attitude. Will never go back.

My fiance took me in here on Valentine's Day to look at an add-on for my engagement ring. At first, it didn't seem there was much selection as ring guards are pretty hard to come by (or they all look the same). Suddenly the wonderful woman who was helping us said she had the perfect idea and rushed over to another area with much larger rings. She took out one and told us that it typically sold as a set, but if my ring fit and we liked it she could ask the Manger for approval to sell separate.

My ring fit very well and it was stunning! She took it up and had it approved to be sold separately and we made a very reasonable deal on the ring. I actually found the EXACT ring guard on the Kay website and it we paid $200 less than the item was even on their holiday sale! To top it off she cleaned both my ring and the addition and gave us some jewelry cleaner to go home with.

I think the BEST part was that she told us as long as we keep our receipts we can come in with additional cash and upgrade it as often as we'd like and they will give us the full price of the ring as a credit. We decided to make it a tradition to come in each year and upgrade to something a little bit larger.
