A-OK. I tried both Pokicraft and The Poke Co. within the same week, and I definitely prefer The Poke Co. more. Pokicraft is located right on Harbor, and plenty of free parking is available in the structure directly next to it (you can enter off Harbor or Chapman).
We came for a quick dinner on a weekday night - similar concept to most other poke places, you pick your size, fish options, toppings and build your own bowl. The workers here are pretty generous with portion sizes and we both ended up getting plenty of food. The thing that I didn't enjoy was how overly sauced my bowl ended up being. When you choose your sauces, they dispense it from a pump, mix it up with the fish and then put it in your bowl so mine ended up being wet and overly saucey/salty.
The vibe is also kinda weird. No background music or ambient noise (at least when we were there), so it's pretty much dead silent in there. Lighting is kinda harsh and the tables and chairs are kinda dirty. The workers are also on their phones until someone walks in. If I were craving some poke, I would drive a couple blocks down and go to The Poke Co. instead.Helpful 15Thanks 0Love this 11Oh no 0 - Dec 17, 2018

+ employees mix protein and veggies well
CONS:
- parking
Great place in Fullerton, but docked a star because this is not the best poke I've had. Would definitely come back if I was craving poke in the area :)Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - May 16, 2019
I don't get the high rating for this place because i really did not like it.
I ordered a small (2 scoops) of salmon. I could tell the avocado wasn't that fresh because it had a lot of brown spots on it. My friend said it's the packaged avocados and not the fresh ones. My main complaint is the salmon had a really weird and rubbery texture. The fish was definitely not fresh and my friend agreed. I chose the sauce that was only a little spicy, but overall my bowl was pretty bland.
Workers were nice and the place was clean, but definitely one of the worst poke places I've tried :/Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1 - 204014125105Apr 11, 2017
Pokicraft wasn't bad. Came here tonight for my first time after much anticipation. Another spot I've been wanting to try and glad I finally got to. I'd definitely return, though I do think The Poke Co down the street has them beat.
$10.95 for a large 5 scoops, which I'm finding to be the standard in this general area. It's rare for me to only go one scoop tuna, but the yellowtail and seared albacore really caught my eye today. They both looked fresh and delicious. The salmon looked tempting too, which is also rare for me at a poke restaurant.
This is a build-your-own kind of a place where you pick your base, then your fish, then your sauce and toppings. White rice is my go-to base in situations like this. For fish, I chose 2 scoops yellowtail, 2 scoops seared albacore, and 1 scoop tuna. Cucumber, ponzu sauce, avocado, imitation crab, and masago, and my masterpiece was created.
Overall, I found my poke bowl very enjoyable. The quantities seemed to be average to me. The yellowtail and albacore were definitely the highlights, but the tuna did not disappoint either. The seaweed salad, imitation crab, and avocado were great. I particularly enjoyed the avocado, as I felt it was a little higher quality than most. The masago and rice was A-OK.
This is a pretty chill, low-key spot to grab dinner. The place was practically empty when I arrived, but there were a few people eating when I left. The restaurant seemed clean and well-kept. I enjoyed the decor. Go ahead and give this place a try!Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 0 - Apr 10, 2017
I was looking for a decent poke bowl after a ride in Fullerton, so based on the reviews, I figured I would check it out. Short story, it was good, but not transcendent or anything. I mean, I think there are 3 or 4 poke places within a short walking distance, so we may be reaching peak poke saturation in downtown Fullerton.
This is the deconstructed roll type of poke joint, as opposed to the Hawaiian style. You pick your base, fish, mix-ins and sauce, and then you get your bowl. They do 3 things right here, the mix the fish and the sauce together, not just pour it over the top, and the hot sauce is actually hot. Beyond that it was pretty standard, with the expected fixings and OK fish quality.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Brian V.Yorba Linda, United States35308343Feb 23, 2020
This is my new favorite poke place! I tried it for the first time today and by far they have the highest quality fish and I've never enjoyed a poke bowl so much. The mix of the raw salmon, tuna, albacore, and spicy tuna with the edamame, furikake, imitation crab, and salad tasted amazing and the fish was so flavorful. Idk what dressing they used, but whatever it was, it made everything taste even better. I definitely suggest getting dressing if you're gonna get your poke bowl with salad.
Overall, the fish literally melted in my mouth and I wanted another bowl. You need to try this place!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 211308387Apr 4, 2019
This place is PDG. (Pretty damn good). Not sure why I haven't written on here yet after coming for years but I do know every poki place I go to, I compare to Pokicraft. Their price is on point. $8.75 for a small (2 scoops), $9.95 for a medium (3 scoops), and $11.95 for a large (5 scoops!). I'm usually full on just a small because they aren't super skimpy like most places. All their toppings are included unless you want extra... can't beat that. Super simple menu but they have everything I need in a bowl. Please don't ever leave.
Ps. Parking can be harder Thursday during the farmers market...Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 63511537310Aug 31, 2018
I love getting my poke bowl fix here, they serve a good amount of fresh poke and I like that they don't charge extra for the avocado.
Staffs are always friendly and dining area are always clean.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Mai-Anh V.Fullerton, United States47192475Aug 8, 2018
Pokicraft is one of my go-to places for poke bowls! 1. Conveniently located in Downtown Fullerton but in an area that isn't busy!
2. Free parking lot available that is adjacent to place.
3. I like that the place is never packed, so it's a nice place to catch up with friends/family.
4. The service is good & friendly. I appreciate that they'll allow my friends to bring in their take-out food from a different restaurant while I eat my poke.
Food: the fish is fresh! For me, Amount of protein is sufficient. I like that I can do half mixed greens and half rice. Among the various toppings, one scoop of each is allowed.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Sarah V.Costa Mesa, United States318132368Jun 25, 2018
Honestly I've been to many poke stores, and this is by far in my top 3. I've always passed by this place when getting Wahoos and finally gave it a try.
What makes this place different ?
5 scoops of fish for 11$ but the medium which was 3 for 9$ was perfect !
- they have so much sauce and flavor in the poke bowl
- they have unlimited toppings except for 3 of them so I asked for extra masago. They weren't skimpy at all with their toppings
Service wasn't amazing wasn't bad ! Definitely worth a try. One of the best in Fullerton/brea areaHelpful 5Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
