To go order. The wait was longer than advised. Waited for a text that was ready. Didn't get a text. Decided to ask at the counter if it was ready. They said it had been ready for a while.

My recent visit was very disappointing. We had placed an order over the phone and when we went to pick it up we were told that they didn't have the order and made some excuse that it probably got sent to a different location. I looked up the phone number and location that we used and it was in fact the correct location...they took no accountability. We made the decision to place the order there since we were told it would be a fifteen min. wait. It just went downhill from there because the wait time was longer than that and when I called (the same number from when we placed the order) they said that it would be an additional fifteen mins. We had been waiting outside the whole time. I was upset and got off the phone....a few seconds later they brought out our order that would take another fifteen mins.
Honestly if they would of taken accountability for the mistake from the beginning I would of been more understanding. I understand that they are human and mistakes are sometimes made. Well placing my order was a pain... it added my honey BBQ sauce, but yet it didn't add my wings... so not only did I get get wings but I also didn't get honey BBq ... another thing.. when the delivery guy called he was all butt hurt that I had only cash to pay for my order.. and wasn't very nice... yes I get it COVID-19 is serious card is better, trust me I'm a medical technician.. LPN... work has been insane.. but when you lose your card and it's been canceled there isn't much of an option.. not only that but we completely sanitize everything in this house including the cash.. so don't be quick to judge... then they put the whole order in garbage plastic bag.. (that's probably been in a greasy corner or somewhere on the floor) so all the pizza and sticks are soggy and falling apart...AWEOSME I'm going to inform you all right now, putting it in a plastic bag isn't going to help or do anything... it's completely unnecessary... y'all need to be wearing gloves and masks.. and every-time you handle something different, you need change gloves.. for each and every new thing you touch.... just a little heads up... nice try though...

This Pizza Hut is a hit and miss. I've ordered pick up and delivery numerous times and one time it'll be good service and/or on time, but the next time it takes well over the time expected done. One time we ordered pickup and they hadn't even started the pizza by the time we got there which was 5 min past the time it said it would be ready. However, delivery drivers are always super nice especially Mark! Most of the time the deliveries show up on time but when they haven't and I've called to question what's going on, the person on the phone blamed me for ordering at a time where it's possible it got busy (4pm is not a busy time, it's the time we always order at).
Over half the time the food tastes gross as well. We order pretty much the same thing every time and one time the pizza will be thick with melted cheese like it's supposed to be, and the next it'll be a thin, tasteless pizza piled with grease. The boneless wings have almost always been good however and breadsticks/chew sticks are almost always good as well.
Lastly, eating there always takes forever. You'd think the customers in the restaurant would be prioritized on even just filling up a drink but we've stopped eating in because the waitresses never seem to be good when we go and sit.
Overall, if there was more places to eat in town, I wouldn't go back. But since there's not and delivery is simple, we always give it another chance and sometimes they are good and sometimes not. Went to lunch with a friend today at the local mountain home Pizza Hut and am very disappointed about our dinning experience.
When the gal took our order she explained the dinner/lunch box special to us we took the larger dinner box special which was 2 med pan pizzas and your choice of two sides. We asked if there would be any up charges to do ciniastix because I am allergic to chicken and I could not eat the wings (one of the three the side choices) she said no up charges for anything. Once completing out order we asked again if there was any up charges and she said no. We waited some time before our food came and though the place was empty besides us she did not check on us or offer any refills.
Well our receipt looked funny and appeared to have up charges so we simply asked if there were up charges on our order she snap at us quickly and with a large amount of attitude "THERE ARE NO UP-CHARGES" we asked if she could explain and again with attitude and while throwing her hands up said "IM GETTING THE MANAGER" we waited then a gal training to be a manager came out and struck finger across our receipt and with the same amount of attitude said there are no up charges and did not explain why it said there were up charges on our receipt. We went ahead and paid the full amount. I then asked this manager in training if there was a website that we could go to and comment on about our experience and she very rudely replied well ya there are plenty of websites out there you could say whatever you want, but I am not going to give you a card with a hotline on it.
We also noticed when we used the restroom that the server did not wash her hands after using the restroom.
The same server then called my friend whom I had lunch with, leaving a voicemail on her phone saying hi this is .... You should act more professional and if you have something to complain about ect ect ect!!!!
Mind you this is not a friend or a gal that we know so she had to look up the phone number in the computer system.
This is the worst dinning experience we have ever had in mountain home. They were snappy and rude and very very unprofessional and not practicing sanitary practices like washing there hands. Normally we love Pizza Hut but not in this town. The pizza is always a little off, and we almost always get sick. The floor to the dinning room is always dirty. Even the kids prefer to get Domino's. Sorry Pizza Hut, but Domino's is better in this's town.

Dominos has less options More options!!!!! They do parties well a dinner that you can invite here I had my party here so did one of my friends. Try the stuffed crust pizza. Also try the bread if you don't like it then your crazy it's the best pizza I have ever had

Worst staff in this state... Attitude and boots up there butts... They can careless about customers and need some more training... Constantly seeing people call corporate on them and still nothing is being done.... Hmmm... Lazy effs....

We placed an online order and requested a specific delivery time which gave the store over one hour. 30 minutes past the delivery time requested I called the store and the driver had just left. The store manager was unbelievably rude. I requested they just cancel the order as we requested delivery at a specific time for a reason. Shortly thereafter, Pizza Hut customer service called to confirm our cancellation of the order. I thought the store manager was rude until I talked to the customer service representative. Honestly, I am still in shock that a national chain like Pizza Hut treats its customers this way. We will be Dominos customers from now on.

As I am sitting here in the dinning room eat dinner with my husband TRYING to enjoy my meal.. The manager is screaming at her employees and even causing customer to hang up the phone on them.. On a better note fritzee was our waitress and she was so wonderful and brought the beat customer service I have ever had!
