Pizza Hut

I had a huge craving for Pizza Hut for a while so I ordered online and went there. The staff was very friendly and the order was right out when I arrived.
The pizza itself was super salty and not what I expected. It wasn't as nearly as good as I remember

When I rolled up, the door was locked. I looked at the hours and it was supposed to still be open. I knocked on the door and looked through. The staff literally ignored me. I'm never even coming close to this place again!!!

I am not a fan of Pizza Hut, but I was here with some people who like the brand. Katelyn was extraordinary. Because she was so cool, this place gets five stars.

Ordered Pizza Hut today, was delivered promptly, seemed okay while eating it hot. Once it cooled down, not so appetizing and trying to eat it cold, it is nauseating. What happened to what used to be, at the very least, a consistent pie. The crust tastes like Buisquik dough, truly horrid after the initial slice. I don't think the location can be blamed, they delivered promptly and hot. The materials seem to be not up to what I thought the Pizza Hut standards were. Normally, we eat every slice...garbage bag received half, wishing I had pitched more because the texture and taste are sickening. I feel for the workers, I do not think they had a part in this complete fail. First and last time in this area to order, won't be ordering Pizza Hut anytime soon, if at all.

It seemed like the whole time we were at the buffet, that we were waiting for a cheese or pepperoni. The staff said they only bring out half pizzas of those. Why would you only bring out half of the most popular kind. I will not be coming back. They didn't even have bread sticks most of the time either. Waste of time and money

The upgrades to this location makes a welcoming environment. When I came for my carryout I was pleasantly surprised and actually thought about taking a seat. The person who greeted me was friendly and helpful. I'm not sure what happened to my order, but it wasn't there. Perhaps it was the ineptness of the person who took my order who crewed gum in my ear and repeatedly reviewed the simple online ordering process of size, crust type, and pizza type. There was nothing difficult about a meat lovers, a Pizza Hut regular menu item. The graciousness of the counter person onsite made every attempt to fix my carryout order - great job - but I was simply turned off and did not want to wait longer. Perhaps better trained centralized order takers would help.

I love the friendly staff. I always order from the pizza hut app and then pick up. My order is always ready on time and they always ask if I need drinks or anything else.

I have eaten here once but walked out two other separate times based upon the attitude of the staff. The food is typical Pizza Hut; neither better or worse than you would expect. It's the unfriendly staff that drives you away. I'm lucky I don't live close and have other options for better Pizza Hut locations.

We order honey sriracha stuffed crust pepperoni pizza at least once a week. Sometimes it arrives cold but usually it's pretty warm and always delicious. Tried the pretzel crust- wasn't a fan. The ranch crust is good and so is the hut favorite (buttery garlic goodness) They usually get it to our house in about 30 even though they always say it will take 45 min to an hour and thirty before it arrives. Went to pick up our pizza one time- were starving and asked if we could sit down and eat a slice and the guy working looked really pissed and told us we could but he picked out which booth we were allowed to sit in.. Not sure why us sitting down would be such an issue seeing as they didn't have anyone else in the restaurant in the middle of the day but oh well.

Great service, server Jason had a great attitude and was very nice. The pizza was also fantastic. First time I have ate at this Pizza Hut and definitely won't be the last. Also very clean. Can't wait to catch the buffet sometime, just ate dinner.
