Pizza Hut

Pizza hut made a delivery to my house that was extremely late, so I was impressed when I found an email in my inbox offering a free large pizza to make up for it. Only thing, this location doesn't honor the coupon they sent me. Just kinda doubles down on the bad look when you won't even honor the complimentary token that was meant to make up for the poor service.

We order on line at least every two weeks or more. Occasionally I get one cooked a little too much and once the marinara sauce must have been forgotten until after the other toppings were placed but generally it's great. The few oops times were with new employees. I can cut them some slack. My pizzas have always been ready on time. The manager is good. Some days these guys are running to keep up. It seems they are short handed but they just work harder.

Horrible service! You place order online wait time frame to get there and they tell you because it was an online order you have to wait 15-20 minutes. It was already 40 minutes and still your order is not ready!! Wow!!

New Pizza Hut in Hallettsville. Stopped for lunch. Restaurant is clean and has a friendly atmosphere. Service was good but it wasn't too busy. Time will tell if the restaurant becomes understaffed as business picks up like other locations.

This Pizza Hut makes the best pizza of any Pizza Hut in Texas!! I swear, every time we visit Hallettsville, we get pizza from here because it is so delicious and fresh. The cook there must be a chef! Thank you, sir or ma'am!
