Justin in The Fig Garden in Village Fresno did a fantastic job with his customer service skills - he was very friendly and made my pizzas with my buy one get one for my birthday... they were delicious!

I love pizza! And since I came back from Italy, my pizza expectations are high, I must admit. What I love about Pieology is... they use really good ingredients (many to choose from) which I love, their pizza crusts are great and you get to choose what kind of crust you want which I also love, not to mention the different pizza sauces you choose from AND they cook your pizza in a stone pizza oven. You can create your own pizza or choose one of their signature pizzas. I like using the their app (very convenient and I get reward points which is cool). They also have calzones and other items on the menu to choose from. Anyway just wanted to write a little review if you're looking for a yummy inexpensive yummy pizza.

Inflation is real! Saddest looking pizza I've ever gotten. Barely any cheese. I've had better frozen pizzas. Pieology is not as good as it used to be. Each time I go back I'm more and more disappointed.

I was very surprised to see this pieology location be so unkempt. The soda machine was out of almost all drinks, as well as the flavored tea drink dispenser empty. The black tea dispenser was apparently being used for trash. Also the restrooms were very dirty and had no soap or paper towels. which makes me wonder if the employees are washing their hands? The pictures are from the men's restroom that my husband took. I'm disappointed in the owner of this location for letting it get like this, we really enjoy going to Fig garden.

for starters, it's a Monday lunch hour, and this pieology had ONE worker. I got there at 1, didn't get out of there until 1:45 for a To go order. again, one worker, he clearly looked stressed out as he was alone with 3-4 people in line on multiple orders- I felt terrible for him. my pizzas came out fine, but my dessert pizza wasnt what I expected- just because I've ordered if from 2 different locations and it came out a lot better. I'm a pretty frequent customer of pieology when I'm craving a quick pizza while out for lunch and never leave reviews like this but this fig garden location has seen better days. I feel very Karen leaving this but come on. during peak lunch hours I feel like the service should be ALOT better, and not leave one person alone at ANY point in the day.

Trash pizza and judging from the other reviews, the owner doesn't even give a shit. Vague, generic replies to recent reviews and zero change in quality and customer service in the last year based on the reviews.

I usually have a decent experience at Pieology but not at this particular store. First, we ordered online and by the time we got there they gave our order for six pies to someone else. The management at least had the good sense to comp the replacement pizzas but then they got every one of them wrong. How hard is it to get the right toppings on a pizza when you have a list of exactly what you want?

Pizza here has been horrible last couple times. We like to have a beer at the Barrel house and bring the pizza over, but it gets worse overtime. Not worth the 18.85 at all.

Put 1 stare wish there was a 0 horrible experience ordered 3 pizzas they were all burnt pizza was shaped horrible told her about she said nothing Laidy with blue shirt didn't have her hair up was down swinging while doing the dough also gave attitude when I said it was burnt not coming again not the first time and will be the last my kids complained about this but the manger I'm guessing bc she was the only one with a blue shirt didn't want to re new it
