A great addition to the neighbourhood. Ran by 2 Greek gentleman who really know what they are doing. The main action is the Greek savoury pastries which range in flavour from spinach to zucchini to leak and minced meat. Gotta try them all! Thy also do a great coffee, beats the Starbucks two doors down both in terms of quality and price. However my absolute favourite is their lunch special Gemista! It's a Greek ratatouille that is done in house, great lunch option that I exercise at least 2 times a week

Only tried their freddo espresso but I will definitely be back to try the food (which all looks so deeelicious!). The price is so reasonable - only 2.50 for the freddo espresso which definitely would have costed at least 5 for something similarly at any other cafe! I thought it would be a really small cup for the price but was actually a decent sized iced drink. The owner is super friendly, suggested we sit outside and didn't event ask us to pay straight away (we paid after we enjoyed our drinks outside). Can't wait to be back!

Loved this little gem. I was out for a walk with my son on a snowy Friday afternoon. I spotted this little bakery and went in. Had the Greek salad. It was so fresh and delicious. Also got the spinach pie and custard pie to go. Everything was reasonably priced. And the pies are so crispy and good. The owner is extremely friendly and kind.

I stopped by to sell them frozen puff pastry as row material. Mr. Dinos and his co-partner wife gave me such a warm Mediterranean welcome.
I offered them free frozen puff pastry samples and they treated me for their freshly baked Spanakopita Pie and quality Espresso.
I love Spanakopita Pies! The right portions of Spinach, feta cheese and Phyllo dough is a delicious meal of carbs/protein/legumes that come together in a crispy, warm tasty dish that is perfect for winter.
Phyllo-You Bakery's Spanakopita was something else! and it shot me back to awesome memories from many moons ago with friends over the best Spanakopita I've ever had in a tiny Arab village in Israel where a family was making Spanakopitas for ages.
In the end Mr. Dinos refused to buy my frozen puff dough for their bakery and I respect their decision. More over do I respect a power couple of honest living people, selling a delicious niche pastry product out of a niche-size store in a high traffic, high rent neighbourhood.
I invite any food critique with the highest of taste standards, who's looking for that dish that would bring them back to a fund memory. Any puff pastry connoisseur who has tasted it all -- to visit Phyllo You Bakery with a friend, and etch a shared, fund dining experience you could always revert back to.

I rarely get take out because I love to cook but sometimes you need someone to do the cooking for you. Homemade goodness, authentic Greek food. Enjoying some Moussaka tonight with some great garlicy tzatziki and a glass of Greek red wine. Yamas! highly recommend you check this place out.
