Does not honour it's commitments. Have a 1977 Camaro I was a victim of a hit and run in November of 2022. I brought the car in to get estimated as I saw that they have done work on an old firebird and they seemed to have a great reputation. I was assured they would do the job and booked to get repaired in Feb. A week before i was hit and run again. So they delayed the repairs and got a second estimate. Assuring they would do it. We got confirmation from ICBC they were coving it as it was a hit and run. Today I get a call from ICBC stating that Parker's didn't want to do the job anymore. I called to find out what was going on and told that the owner should have called me but would get back to me to explain. By the end of the day there was no call. So I went to the shop. The owner wouldn't look me in the eye and said it's too much work. They don't want to do it. It should never have been estimated. This is very disappointing as I am a military member and just found out I am posted this July. This is pathetic on how they treat military members and do not honour their agreements. They have no problem doing new jobs because of the quick turn around and paycheck. They just had to tell me at the start not wait 5 months and then go , meh your problem. Not professional, not honest, and down right insulting.​

Quick and excellent service. There was a lot of damage to both front and rear of our Hyundai and they got us in quickly and did a fantastic job repairing all damage. The car came back to us good as new. I would definitely come back to Parker's in the future for any other body damage. Thanks to everyone there for such great work.

I just had an ICBC claim handled through this company. Very thorough and professional. I found them to be very trustworthy and sincere. They organized the rental vehicle and it was a pretty seamless process. On pick up, I noticed one tiny flaw and they were very supportive an didn't treat like it was nothing. They were on top it 100%. No reservations about this company. Top-notch! Bravo!

I had some paint work done on my car recently - hood and trunk. The work was excellent - done on budget and on time. Folks were accessible, friendly and professional. I had a courtesy car over the 3 days of the work. Highly recommend this business..
