I cannot describe how amazing this place is in any of the words that this box can contain, it truly is a masterful delivery of Hawaiian delicacies landlocked inside the state of Colorado.
Plus, they use tamari on the majority of their foods and teriyaki sauces so most everything can be made gluten-free I believe.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - May 12, 2024
Get the Kuala Pork Mixed Plate! Good amount of food and good pork and Mac salad.
Poke is only tuna so it's limited options. Small dining area so prepare to eat else where or they have 2 sets of bar table for 2 and 2 sets of picnic table

Food:
Fairly disappointed with our pick up order tonight.
(1) Spam Musubi: you can tell the spam and rice were super old/stale and it was not good at all.
(2) Mini Japanese Curry: we were intrigued because we got some curry in Japan that was too die for. This wasn't anything near the quality we got in Japan but it wasn't terrible. Not good enough to want/get again though.
(3) Spicy tuna poke bowl: Rice tasted super old/stale. The ahi was super fishy and not fresh.
(4) Mac Salad: The best thing at this place but I've honestly had better at other Hawaiian places
(5) Macaroons: we ordered the 4 pack and received only 3. They were tasty though.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 5125423Jan 21, 2024
:: Food ::
The poke bowl we ordered was pretty salty, but beside that the flavor was there, and the mac salad was okay, it was more peppery than what I am used to.
:: Service ::
Customer service is good.
:: Parking ::
There's only street parking it seems.
:: Restroom ::
Yes, there's a restroom.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Oct 20, 2023
This has become my favorite Hawaiian restaurant in Denver. This place doesn't just serve poke: although the menu is not expensive, I really like the selection of items they serve.
Its ambience is so matching with the cuisine. Mint colored walls with cute decorations are adorable to say the least. It's quite petite inside so this place is more for to-gos. I wonder what it's be like during the peak lunch hour.
The young man behind the counter was very courteous and friendly. The restaurant wasn't busy at the time of my arrival but maybe it was a Tuesday night?? After I had placed my order several people came in as if to jinx it.
The Kahlua Pork is an amazing dish. I was truly impressed with the macaroni salad. I've been to a Hawaiian restaurant in Aurora but their macaroni was too decadent/rich to a point where it made me concerned about the calories. With that in mind, this place does a great job with it.
Can't wait to dine here again. I'd definitely try one of their poke bowls next time.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Bryant G.Colorado Springs, United States01836May 14, 2024
Maddie was awesome. I've never been here and she recommended the pork and I had two servings of their amazing homemade macaroni salad. Love all the spices on the steamed rice and tried their Hawaiian Luau BBQ and original crispy and crunchy Gluten Free chips. Awesome atmosphere and great location near Ball arena, Coors Field and Mile High! Come get your Hawaiian on at Ohana!

Visited here while in Denver. It is a cute hole in the wall with great service. Loved the small menu they offer as it was easy to pick food off of their menu. Based off of Yelp reviews, I knew I had to try the Mac salad. It was incredible! I also had the ahi tuna poke bowl which was very flavorful! It was packed with protein, rice and spicy Mayo. Definitely a traditional poke bowl compared to creative ones I've had. Give this place a try !

Ok so we had pretty much decided we cannot find decent Hawaiian food outside of Hawaii (my husband lived there for 8 years). That is until we got Ohana Island Kitchen delivered today for lunch.
My husband got the kalua pork with a side of Mac salad. I went with the ahi tuna poke with avocado. It felt like we had gone right back to Hawaii with our first bite. Delicious. Absolutely delicious.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 129150193Nov 7, 2023
Was in the mood for poke and came across this spot- surprisingly delicious with a kale salad! Fresh, lots of umami and a great portion- friendly quick service and I could eat on the patio for these last sunny warm days of November to boot!

I've been going to this place since it's been open. It's the only true Hawaiian poke place in town. But recently I received the most rancid tuna poke bowl. It's not something you could have overlooked based on the smell. And when it's your main dish, you should have some pretty strict quality control. It's unfortunate and I won't be going back. I've lost trust in the place. :(
