Oath Pizza - Central Square

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the chewiness of the large thick crust. As another Yelper said, it's chewy like mochi. I've never had another pizza crust quite like it. Ironically, the main reason I put off trying Oath for so long was that in skimming reviews all I saw was "thin crust," of which I am not a fan. But thin crust is only for personal size or half pizza.

The Bella ingredients all went together nicely. It was just the right amount of balsamic, sweetened to wonderfully complement the rest, especially the uniquely flavorful tomatoes. My only complaint is that I wish they would do 2 smaller dollops of ricotta per slice instead of 1 big one that doesn't mix as much with the other flavors.

My other complaint is that they don't have any prices on the menu! They have details like calories for every option, but no prices! Maybe they don't want to scare people off. It is pricier than most other pizza, but I will be back for the large thick crust, whose delightful chewiness had me humming food happy tunes as I chew-chew-chewed.

Food here is incredible! I ordered a vegan build your own pizza for pickup and was super happy with everything, the thin crust is AMAZING and I was really impressed with the vegan options. Only thing is I ordered the beyond sausage crumbles and they were left off with no explanation. The worker who helped me was also not particularly welcoming. Overall food is 10/10 but service is just okay.

Ordered delivery from here and it was good, but I don't think it stands out for me from other pizza spots like blaze. I would certainly go back for a quick and easy lunch, I didn't completely dislike like my pizza! My mushroom truffle pizza was good and thin crusted, something I love in my pizzas. I will certainly review again once I go in person!

Came here for dinner and ordered the muffled trushroom. I loved how chewy the crust is, and how fresh the pizza tastes. The balsamic glaze was a nice touch and complemented the mushroom and cheese flavors. This was very well priced (I believe a whole personal pie only costs $12) and incredibly filling. The only gripe I have with Oath is that the wait time can be quite long--don't come here if you're on a timecrunch.

It is often a challenge to find good pizza with vegan cheese (damn you, lactose intolerance!) outside of Los Angeles, where I had been living for quite some time...and this place has got the good stuff! I don't know if they make it in-house (not many places do, but you never know), but as a Farmer's Garden craft pizza, it's the works, baby!

Conrad behind the counter deserves a raise for talking me into trying a half pizza, as I wasn't hungry enough for a full one.

Good pizza! On the smaller side but we snagged the 2 for 1 deal on Uber eats which was lovely. Prices are decent esp if you get the deal

Had a vegan pizza for delivery. I'll say first and foremost that I do not like vegan cheese, but I will not hold this against the pizza because you can't really control what brand of vegan cheese is used. The star of the pizza is definitely the crust, which held up even through delivery and sitting an hour in a conference room. Still deliciously crispy. The spinach topping feels a little pointless because all the leaves just wilted into the cheese, but otherwise toppings and the rest of the pizza were fine. I would come back and just specify no cheese as a personal preference, but this is one of the better fast casual pizza crusts I've had.

This is my second bad experience with this location in approximately ten visits.
Both times, pizzas were made incorrectly: missing ingredients/sauce, unwanted ingredient (sausage on muffled trushroom vegetarian pizza).

In both instances, the staff wanted to argue about it. I've never encountered this kind of dog in their heels, even though obviously wrong!

The first time was done in, and they had no qualms about arguing with my mother in law & wife for 5+ minutes and then taking thirty minutes for a replacement. Eight of us were done eating before this replacement showed up. No offer of refund, coupon or any attempt to remedy.

Last night, takeout of muffled trushroom and a Bella:

Trushroom had sausage on it

Bella was burnt

Guys working there did not seem to have a good grasp on the ingredients for each pizza and had no notes or documentation to help.

I'm done with this place, and I've told my kids that I do not want to see any charges on their cards for this establishment!

Really, really great pizza. Every location I've ever been to has always had outstanding product and options.

That said, I just turned around and left the one in Central Square because they didn't even acknowledge I was in there. Waited a couple minutes, and turned around and gave my money to somebody else. Damn shame. Such an excellent product. But it looks like things don't run smoothly unless the trainer or corporate is there.

I came here for lunch this week with some colleagues to dine in. However it was not what I expected hygiene was 0/10. The dining area was a disaster and the washroom were super dirty.
