Not to be confused with Net-lay Roll House, which is where you take your internet pick ups and conquests to "Roll In The Hay" with them. Yes of course that exists. Obviiii.
Located at the Mall of America is this little cookie stand, which is fairly delicious and probably better than the Great American Cookies stands and things like that.
Maybe it's comparable to Insomnia Cookies. They are tasty and good and not too overpriced but they're extraordinarily bad for you so watch out.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Troy B.Minneapolis, United States7443930Mar 31, 2020
We stopped here on a whim. We were getting a little hungry mid-morning and decided to get a snack to tide us over till lunch. It was a good idea, especially since their cookies are so good. Yet of course it was sometimes hard to decide especially since they have a whole lot of varieties, unlike other places. But we were able to order a few chocolate chip cookies, which not only seemed fresh, but was really gooey as well. Of course after our cookies having some nice refreshing milk really hit the spot. I do have to add that the people were nice and helped us to decide what to order. Next we are here, it would be worth another stop here.

After a while of running around in Nickelodeon Universe I definitely needed some coffee and decided an iced coffee sounded even better.
The line was a bit chaotic and took a while since they seemed to be understaffed or the staff wasn't well versed on everything they offered; not sure which one. We ordered 3 milk shakes and I was scanning the menu for the iced or blended coffee drink options but, wasn't able to locate them. There was however a poster showing that they had some so, it left me in this awkward position of having to ask and then explain that what I wanted since they just said yes we have those types of drinks without telling me what they were.
They were nice and accommodated putting sprinkles on the whip cream for one of the kids milk shakes. The kids loved their milkshakes and the sizes were large but, the pricing was a bit steep I thought. I ended up with a blended/frozen coffee drink with whipped cream and it was runny from being over blended but, the flavor was decent.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 0 - Anon A.Saint Paul, United States06Oct 22, 2016
I had the exact same problem as Sean S. did on his 06/18/2016 visit. I spent over $10.00 on cookies and Crush soda. I thought I was getting freshly baked cookies or at least warm cookies and mind you I was there around 10:30AM. All the cookies was stale, weren't recently baked, less fresh than what I would have gotten at a grocery store.
It was only after I left the MOA and tried eating one of the cookies did I realize that I had bought cookies that weren't recently baked, certainly not baked that day.
Well, sucker me once. This was my first and very last time every getting cookies from you guys.
and if I am walking by your joint, i will let the customer know that they might be buying stale cookies, not freshly baked cookies.
This is a very very STUPID BUSINESS PRACTICE. VERY VERY DUMB. LOOK AROUND, TOO MANY OTHER COOKIE PLACES IN THE MALL..Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Laura D.Wilsonville, United States26199164Jun 11, 2010First to Review
We were in Minneapolis over Memorial Day weekend, and on our way out of the Mall of America one day, stopped here to get a couple cookies to take with us.
I was really sorry we hadn't gotten them to eat there. We could have taken my husband's back. My cookie (with Reese's pieces on it) was fine (nothing spectacular, but decent), but his (a simple chocolate chip cookie!) was undercooked. It stayed together and was mostly baked, but had a slightly unpleasant texture and a strong taste of yeast/dough. *shudder* (Yes, after he told me, I was dumb enough to try it just to see how bad it was. It was bad, for something that looked fully baked.)
For that price we could have bought more cookies from a grocery store or the like, and probably they would all have been fully baked....Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Alexander S.San Diego, United States0394Feb 15, 2017
Do not waste your money here. Purchased 2 cookies and a drink for $5. Milk was sour ! And expired ! A mouthful of sour milk almost made me throw up. Went to get a new one and no apologies what so ever. The worker retrieved a fresh box from the back and handed it to me. I said thank you and his only response was "Yep". Also the cookies tasted stale. I threw them away. The worker / manager was Oscar . Corporate, please give him some customer service training ASAP.

They told my kids they " are not serving ice cream right now" despite it clearly being available. I guess they didn't want to do the work?

Got a double trouble and a triple chocolate. $6 for both of those is a little steep, especially since the prices aren't clearly advertised. After getting my cookies I tried the triple chocolate first. It was dry and stale, I had two bites and tossed it. Bit into the double trouble and found it also to be stale. Frosting was crusty on the outside and the cookie just broke apart. Had a two bites of that and tossed it. Never going there again.

all of the cookies were truly disappointing. The English toffee was bland, grossly chewy (not he good kind of chewy) and I felt duped because after breaking a piece off you could see that the "English toffee" was just a tiny amount on the very top of the cookie, more for show than anything. There was no discernible toffee taste to the cookie. The classic chocolate chip wasn't even ok, much less good, chips ahoy is better... heck, the kwik trip or Walmart bakery cookies are better and much less $$. Never again.

Then service was fast for such a busy Sat night. We ordered 2 of the cookie cups and I ordered the cookie iced coffee. This was pretty good and not very sweet which you would think would be hard to do.
