This is my local navy federal bank and I love that it's never crowded. The customer service is like no other. Very friendly and super helpful.

Honeslty not a very good experience, the guy who attended me and my wife was very dry and cold. I made a little joke when he asked to get my ID and he made a straight with a little smirk. Really hope they can improve making there customers feel more comfortable.

The bank service is standard... I have issues with their online banking and telephone service. I've seen the TV commercials concerning their responsiveness of telephone service. COMPLETE FALSEHOOD.... try to call their #.... 20 minute wait.. their local # shoots directly to their automated call center... ABSOLUTE JOKE...

This is a great bank. I left Citibank a couple years ago and I haven't looked back. The NFCU app is great, the monthly dividen credit is more than other banks, and their fraud monitoring is outstanding. I've received two text message alerts for questionable transactions. I challenged the first charge and was refunded quickly. Never had to worry about it again. The second charge was actually mine, I confirmed it with Navy Fed and they let it through no problem. The NFCU app also allows you to report a travel plan so they know your gonna make transactions in other places.

My mom is currently out of the country, and she needed me to deposit a check that was mailed to her into her account. No big deal, right? Well, she had forgotten to give me her account number...
Fortunately for her, she's a member in good standing at Navy Federal Credit Union, and the friendly folks there were able to look up her info and deposit the check into my mom's account! While I'm not really a fan of their weekday hours (they close at 5:30, which feels early to me), at least they're helpful and professional once you enter the front door.

The worst experience I have had with Navy Federal since I called 18888426328 and asked the customer service person at what time they closed this time has already changed and he told me that they closed at 5pm revive the Yelp site and also said They closed at 5 pm, it is a shame that a bank like this does not pay due attention to its clients. Here I am in front of the bank and they are like 6 people who try to enter the bank to do some banking movement, it is a loss of time to come to this location a tip do not approach this location it is worth driving a little more but customer service should be the most important which does not reflect here. correctly

I left Wells Fargo and never looked back. Our family banks here. Being a military mom and wife we feel at home here they welcome us with a smile and greet us by our family name. Anytime we have an issue with our charges or a change it is quickly resolved here. I know we are well taken care of and recommend them to military family and friends.

I have been having constant issues regarding my accounts and have been going back and forth to Navy Federal. I happened across a sweet soul named Marie. And she has been helping me figure out solutions to my problems. And with every visit she has been successful with my issues. I was not expecting someone to give me that much dedication and time with my constant issues. But she never gave up and kept on going. I just wanna give her the recognition she deserves. I stopped by after work on Tuesday and there was no line. The employees at this location are way more helpful than other banks I have been to.
