Going with my GF so that she could get a Tattoo she chose to go to Naughty by Nature located in Lower Sackville. Having a few myself I was there for moral support.
Great shop with lots of ink to chose from. Clean location and experienced tattoo artists which is a great thing when you are getting a tattoo. My GF had the ever so popular butterfly placed on her shoulder it turned out really good. Prices were great $70 overall it was a good experience and left me with wanting another which will be coming soon.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Shawna D.Halifax, NS80897894Jun 16, 2010
This shop is easy to miss, it is on the right side going up Cobequid.
It is a nice shop, not huge, but seems to be very professional. I know
standards are high for this profession, prices seem reasonable as well.
I do not have a lot of experience with this, but people seem to like this shop.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Kaitlyn M.Middle Sackville, NS06Jan 16, 2015
This store is fantastic. The vibe is friendly and fun, there is a wide variety of products and if by some chance they don't have it , the owner would definitely help you out. I've bought toys, and had a tattoo done by the artist Adam. He does great work and is very timely. I have nothing but good things to say about Naughty By Nature. If you haven't been - you are missing out !

What to say about this place. Pretty mixed opinion.
I went there a week ago for my first tattoo. I was pretty excited, didn't know what to expect. Got one on my right arm, my sons name in cursive writing. Looked AWESOME. Excellent job. Didn't hurt at all, only took half hour and looked good. Liked it so much I went New Years Eve for another one.
Was scheduled for one at 430 but he wanted to change it to 130, so I agreed. Was getting 2 rings together with our wedding day and names on it. He drew it up pretty quick. I was getting it the exact same spot as the other but on my left arm. He was leaving once he was done mine and seemed to be in a rush. After starting, it seemed to hurt substantially more than the other one (don't know why, they were in the same spot). Then when he was about halfway through I realized he didn't shave my arm before hand and didn't put Vaseline on the spot like the other one (don't know enough about tattoos to know how big of a difference it makes). At the end it was bleeding too much to really look at it too much.
When I got home I cleaned it up and took a good, long look at it. The color (gold) in it was pretty "meh" and barely there. There were a few lines (just underlines) under the wife's name which I don't think was on the stencil and definitely not on the copy I gave him so it looks weird. 2 of the random underlines is just red with no ink. One underline has it but again, not sure why there's underlines. The lines making the circle aren't crisp and one has a bump at the top, rather than a smooth line. It's also uneven all the way around the ring.
I wrote the owner that night. This was on Tuesday. Still no response and called (she's in the shop often) but she's "out" often now. No call back. I thought about going in but really the most they will likely do is "fix it", which I wouldn't want them to do. Doubt critiquing someone's work then letting them stick a needle in you might be a bad idea, just shocked at the lack of response. They could have gained a lifetime customer but oh well. Never going there again.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
