Napolis Italian Pizza & Restaurant

Delicious food, good service, and friendly atmosphere. We have been going here for many years, and Geno still maintains a great venue!

Went to Napoli's to try something other than their amazing pizza. I chose the Fettucini Alfredo. The noodles were fresh. The sauce was creamy, but severely lacking garlic. It was sadly bland. Please fix this and I'll try again.

The service was excellent and the ambiance was nice. The food took awhile to arrive. I suspect it may have been due to a birthday party going on in a section of the restaurant.

I have confidence this place can be better doing something very minor: cooking sauce with garlic.

Okay. Kinda flavorless red sauce. Chicken parm was good, lasagna was not. Probably will explore other places before returning.

First time at this restaurant, ordered Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, chicken was cut in 1/2 inch squares and as chewy as rubber which tells me it was heated up in microwave, noodles were ok, sauce was so hot couldn't put in my mouth. Before the meal we had a Napoli Salad which was the introduction to a bad meal. It was just as bad. I will never go back to this establishment.

My husband also loves the imported beer Besa which is on tap. Friendly wait staff. One disappointing thing is that they no longer have the frozen Crown and Coke

I'm personally struggling right now trying to increase and maintain weight. Eating isn't an easy chore and nothing sounds good. My wife and daughter both try to accommodate finding anything I think might be good. One thought the other night was MANICOTTI and we enjoy Napoli's Italian Wylie Restaurant. I asked my wife if she'd request an order using Alfredo sauce with the cheese on top unbaked. I'm sure the wait staff was puzzled, as to why these requests. Instead of assuming she was crazy they asked the owner to hear her request in order to better serve her. She explained our situation and he assured her this was understood, and done to order. Honestly I will make them a more regular eatery in the future. It was wonderful that they took time out to understand, and went the extra mile. Thank you to everyone involved.

We've been going to Napolis for a couple years, and the food gas always been fantastic. When we being quests they all say the same thing!! And Tuesday and Wednesday 50% off wine, so that is a huge savings. Sometimes they are extremely busy, which tells you something must be right. Great management team, waitresses work hard, and just relax and enjoy the meals which we always take home left overs.

I have been to this restaurant dozens of times over the years. It is nothing short of phenomenal. The owner is very authentic and friendly. He has won numerous awards for Wylie Restaurant Quality and Community Impact. As today is my birthday, I will be celebrating with cake. Stopping by in a few.

We go to Napoli's a couple times a month since we moved to Wylie 8 years ago. I am honestly surprised there is anything but 4-5-star reviews, especially with the focus Gino has on customer service. We have had nothing but stellar service and have even commented that he does great hiring. We're pretty picky, and the food and service has been nothing but great. We've tried a variety of pizza's, subs, pasta dishes and always delicious. We have ordered delivery many times, and a couple time we had an issue. Gino sends them right back out with the correct order. If you didn't have a great experience, go back and try again.

Service was great. I loved the bar area. The Greek salad is great but i prefer their Caesar dressing but it doesn't taste like true Caesar to me. Chicken rollatini was ok. I love cream sauces but this lacked a bit flavor. Rolls are ok. I would go back but try other things!
