We popped in for lunch on a weekend after a nice long paddle! They were busy, but the service was fast, and we got a table. This spot is casual.

Everyone working was super friendly, accommodating my asks about allergens.

The steak wrap was great! Good flavor. And I enjoyed their bottled iced coffee option.

Healthy yum with gluten free options. Friendly staff. Fast service. Chill vibe.

I'm usually in the mood for a good acai bowl. While in Kailua after leaving the beach with my dog, I swung by Nalu and placed an order online for pickup through clover. The place is super cute, some seating outside and inside.
They have 3 acai bowls to choose from, I got the medium Nalu bowl - perfect size.
All the bowls just seemed basic to me, which isn't bad, I guess I just wanted more variety. But they had lots of sandwiches and wraps to choose from as well that looked good! The Nalu bowl was good, I liked the fresh fruit on top but there was SO MUCH GRANOLA. basically the whole bowl was granola with acai drizzle it felt like. I still enjoyed the flavor and crunch.
The service was quick and the girls were friendly.

I recently visited Nalu Health Bar & Cafe with friends and was thoroughly impressed with our experience. We ordered a variety of dishes including the Nalu Acai, Veggie Wrap, Ahi Tuna Salad, and a Nalu Salad. Each dish was not only beautifully prepared with impeccable presentation but also bursting with flavor. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the attention to detail in the plating added to the overall dining experience. The atmosphere of the cafe was inviting and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I don't think the price of the acai bowls reflect the quality of food. We ordered the Moana bowl and added in peanut butter, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, and chia seeds. Each ingredient was an extra cost. However, the peanut butter seemed to be Jif. I would have loved to see an in house pb to reflect the price of the add on. We tried other acai acai bowls on this trip that were priced less and of better quality.

My girls and I have been wanting to try this place for awhile now. We ordered the kale and quinoa salad, the portobello mushroom sandwich and the turkey, kale and pesto sandwich. We also ordered the mango colada smoothie and had a few Ollie Pop sodas, which we love. I really appreciate places that have really healthy options. We loved the kale salad! It was so fresh and delicious. We wished the kale had been chopped in a little smaller pieces and that it had a little more dressing on it but other than that it was fabulous! I also loved the portobello sandwich. The dressing on it had a little tang and we all loved it. The turkey sandwich was also really great. The bread on the sandwiches was super good. Nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We weren't crazy about the smoothie. It was really heavy on the coconut milk and light on the mango flavor. Next time we'd try a different one. But overall we really loved Nalu's and want to come back again.

My favorite place for an Acai bowl. Fruit provided are always the perfect consistency...not too ripe. Cant go wrong with the Nalu bowl. Acai blend is not too sweet.

I love this place! This service was great. Although their grill was down, they were still open, with a good atmosphere.

The veggie wrap is one of my favorites, so no problem with the grill being down.

We brought the crowd, again.

My family absolutely loved this place! I would say the Açaí bowls are on the same level as Diamond head health bar!

My mother in law who never had açaí bowls before was very hesitant to try it, but upon her first bite she fell in love!

We all polished off our Açaí bowls and didn't leave a single bite !
